We should learn all the basic rules and functions to operate it. One training session required how to share group and granted permission and understand rights .

We kept all nthe data of students and staff in it. We can share easilty at any plateform. We shared in groups, whatapp , gmail, google meet, zoom etc. We did work very fast at the same time.

The best part about using Forn2 sheet is its UI and simplicity.

I dont think there is anything to dislike abou the Form2sheet.

I would like that the forms come with more design. The sheets are a little bit dull and I would like to be able to put color or backgrounds. Also, the typography is not the nicest one.

So here directly sending the lead details from form to G Sheet is a great problem solving.

Form2Sheet might have the ability to notify the marketing people that we have recived a new lead. ALso connecting it to many other things like whatsap api and email seems difficult.

It's dead simple. Your account gives you a unique API that you can attach to a form. All submissions are dropped directly into a Google sheet, and you get email notififcations for each submission. The ease of implementations and simpliictiy of design are its strengths.

While it is limited in what it can do, that helps keep it simple. It's obviously only applicable to use in particular circumstances. It would be nice if it included a form builder or form hosting solution when needed in some circumstances.

Making is super simple to capture data and store it in a spreadsheet, using an API connection. It works like a charm, it's reliable in my expereience and doesn't take long to implement.
