What do you like best about GoSpotCheck by FORM?

Their app is reliable, effective, clear, concise and easy to use. I've used many similar tools and no others compare. Their support team is fantastic as well.

What do you dislike about GoSpotCheck by FORM?

I have no dislikes about FORM MarketX. I like everything about the tool.

What problems is GoSpotCheck by FORM solving and how is that benefiting you?

FORM MarketX allows us to manage a diverse database of field representatives but keeps pure cohesion by providing one specific data collection tool, which streamlines all of our retail field submissions and creates efficiencies by having all outputs the same. The tool is simple enough for anyone to get used to, and the ability to create surveys in a consistent manner make repetition for our field reps and comfort/ease of use even better.

Provides best insights and data of the project from every angle, collects all data and create a great insight for the management. Helps to achive all goals of the project

Earlier our team was facing issue with data history but the excellent support team helped to resolve the problem, and now we're not facing any issue.

What do you like best about GoSpotCheck by FORM?

Since our adoption of FORM Market X (formally GoSpotCheck) a few years ago, our retail structure has improved significantly. We have increased productivity during our store visits by providing our teams with the necessary tools to complete tasks 73% faster than previously collected. Because of this, we have also averaged over the last 5 years, an increase of 13% annually of more activity from in-store execution year over year.

Their customer success teams are also really engaging and supportive to help us execute our KPI's. Shoutout Jorg and Katelyn!

What do you dislike about GoSpotCheck by FORM?

Honestly, I can say, after 5 years with both GoSpotCheck and FORM Market X, there is very little I dislike. Working with them you feel like a true partner. They are by far the best in the industry when it comes to mobile data collection, and this allows us to be super-efficient with our time in the store, and with our clients. I cannot think of one thing they could do better.

What problems is GoSpotCheck by FORM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had an issue with the efficiency of collecting mobile data such as retail pricing, pictures of displays, overall distribution, etc. Working with the FORM Market X teams to build a plan of action to correct these issues was simple and seamless. With their industry experience, they were able to collaborate with our retail teams to build out a system that works smarter, not harder.

What do you like best about GoSpotCheck by FORM?

GoSpotCheck has been a great help when working as a team is a software with varieties of good tool for planning and what I liked most of all is that it is available through the web browser, iOS and Android applications

The truth is that so far GoSpotCheck works great, it has an interface that attracts users because we can customize each field of data

What do you like best about GoSpotCheck by FORM?

Our company uses GoSpotCheck to focus on specific operational issues. The goal is to show operators what they are doing correctly as well as what they need to turn their focus on. It is a quick and easy tool that gathers a lot of information very quickly. I like the apps ability to incorporate photos into the process.

On the website, I'm able to run some reports that give me a better picture of how my district group of locations is doing overall. I can spot trends and direct my focus where needed the most.

What do you dislike about GoSpotCheck by FORM?

I did have an issue with the photos not showing up in the pdf file that I receive. I brought this to the attention of GoSpotCheck and their Team jumped on it right away and corrected the problem.

There's nothing that I "dislike" about the app. It works great.

What problems is GoSpotCheck by FORM solving and how is that benefiting you?

This app helps in a number of areas: Portion Control--I am able to visualize with photos how the product looks and I incorporate a scale to show actual weights. It's an eye opener to the operators. Hospitality--I can show how the service staff is hitting on the key elements of customer service and hospitality. It gives operators direction on where to focus their efforts.

"Best App to Track Data for Field Team"
What do you like best about GoSpotCheck by FORM?

Go Spot Check is SO simple and easy to use both on the app while collecting data as well as on the back end creating missions and reviewing data. It's easy to customize your questions to get exactly what intel back you are looking for. The camera option and other quick buttons make it fast to fill out the mission while in the field. I also love the customization of alerts you can set for yourself as the admin if you need to take immediate action on certain items. Great platform overall!

What do you dislike about GoSpotCheck by FORM?

I would say the ONLY thing that wasn't as user friendly as I would have liked was the way you have to re-order questions when building a mission on the website. I wanted to be able to drag and drop a little easier to rearrange questions. There also seem to be a lot of updates that would cause some problems for my team, but once they all set their apps to update automatically it helped with these problems.

Recommendations to others considering GoSpotCheck by FORM:

I highly, highly recommend Go Spot Check to anyone who is remotely managing a Field Team. Not only is the accountability great, the amount of data you can receive is incredible! It's easy to use as an admin and as a user. I've looked into other free or less expensive data collection apps and NONE of them compare to the versatility and ease of use of Go Spot Check. Not to mention, when you need help or want guidance on how to maximize the program, they are always there to help!

What problems is GoSpotCheck by FORM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Go Spot Check to collect data from our retail partners. It's helped us track our competitors promotions and new products, feedback from store staff and customers on our products and what is selling and capture photos in real time of poor or great merchandising. Not only is this great intel for me to report back to our corporate office, but it also helped me manage my field team's time and efficiency. Since the app is GPS based, I was able to see that they were performing their tasks in a timely manner, which is very important as a remote manager.

What do you like best about GoSpotCheck by FORM?

This is an ideal tool to track performance and productivity for field staff. It can be customized to work in both B2B and B2C segments. The support from the team is exceptional. They really try to understand our business and what we are trying to accomplish before implementation.

What do you dislike about GoSpotCheck by FORM?

Not sure - it works well and if there are issues they are primarily with data connectivity which sometimes creates glitches.

Through GoSpotCheck every month we save time making our Magazine compliance. It is very easy to use.

I don't like that when I finish a mission in a store.....continue showing this store as pending, and it I need to change something I have to do the mission again.

The ability to quantify the activities of our sales team in the field - by capturing specific details such as time spent in each account, amount of associates trained, and images of both ours and competitive product.

What do you dislike about GoSpotCheck by FORM?

Occasional feedback from the team that their images and/or content won't upload and sometimes they end up losing it and have to restart the mission.

If you're an Admin, go out in the field and use it so you understand how your team is using it.
