Need changes should go through their support team because its a closed system tool. By the way i am pretty happy by using this tool may be that's why i am not able to find such a special cons about the tool because it is going well with my business

It is a closed system, so the changes should go through the support team, this is fine, but there are some elements that I would like to be in charge, such as user rights.
