We were recommended Force24 through our business partner, and given the pain points of the system we were using, we jumped at the opportunity. We were immediately impressed with the UI; it was far more intuitive and accessible. Furthermore, the aspect of automated journeys and the journey manager was way ahead of anything we had seen or used before. This is probably the defining feature; now we have an integration live with our CRM, and we are running several fully autonomous campaigns, which churn out lists of warm leads for our business. With a careful set-up, guided by the plethora of available training material, we found our feet quickly and are already seeing ROI, which we expect to increase as we continue to learn.
We found the editor to be an improvement on our previous system, but still, it can be a little painful. We found the workaround to this, and a very welcome feature is the ability to edit the RAW HTML of the email. While this offers full control over the design, it does require a beginner level of HTML knowledge. Some training on this would be beneficial, mainly as your usual graphic designer or marketer is not likely to be well-versed in HTML and/or CSS.
Force 24 is helping us to work through massive lists of 'passive' contacts on our CRM and work them in the background, encouraging the move to the 'active' market and reducing the number of wasted calls made by our consultants. By providing users with warm leads, ROI is taking a boost as we can get to the right people, quicker.
Force24 is the best tool that one can use out of all the other competitors of the category, where it allows the user to decide and take actions and mofify accordingly
I would rather say nothing to dislike out of the feature loaded force24. And i am sure that no one else will say something that they dont like.

I joined my company as an email marketer a couple of months ago and started using Force24 for the first time. The support from Force24 has been nothing but first class.
Firstly, my Account Director Melinda has been incredibly helpful, going above and beyond, supporting me with everything from data cleaning, nurture sequencing and having branded content templates created for me.
The LiveChat feature on the platform is always quick and helpful - my questions are always answered and the support team even provide you with custom videos to illustrate what they are saying.
There are also lots of pre-filmed video training sessions to support new users, as well as weekly live webinars that show different parts of the platform in depth. As well as this, the CEO/Founder Adam is currently running a weekly creative Masterclass focusing on different topics such as email deliverability, SLs and brand strategy.
On top of the strong customer service and support, the platform itself is very easy to use whilst maintaining sophisticated capabilities - there are so many features including SMS, I don't know if I'll ever be able to use them all myself - but I hope to grow my team in the future to fully utilise the Force24 platform to the max.

How easy it is to create email and text campaigns along with the convenience of creating automated marketing campaigns.
The fact that when I create automated marketing campaigns, I cannot copy and paste aspects/arguments within that campaign.
Helping us moving away from traditional, manual effort marketing
The platform so far has delivered in everyway. Plus the onboarding was smooth and accomodating. Usually any issues are answered within a matter of minutes.
I think it would be good to have an app for 'Reports' so the companies decision makers can see the progress of using the software first hand.
We have amaing products which serves a green purpose with the only issue being notifying the market as quick as possible. We usually find limitations when it comes to Marketing automation but the Force24 system has ticked all the boxes and allowed for smooth, fast campaigns. Not only that, but the Journey and data reporting is of a high standard to really create those pipelines and raise awareness going forward.
The people - you can always get in contact with a member of the team who can help. George was especially useful with several questions we had around the platform but specifically the type of campaigns we are running and what we should be doing more of.
Sometimes sending a test email takes an age.
The other area is amending an image size for an email - it would be really helpful if you had a tool or video explaining how to crop an image so it displays correctly.
Generating sales, welcoming new customers and providing insight reduces the time it takes to send them out manually (or bulk send) from our team internally. The systems also talk to each other, so the sales team don't need to update two platforms, they continue using the CRM as they have been from the beginning.
Creating and saving templates and reusing previous templates that just change the content/colour saves a lot of time from having to start from scratch.

It is enabling me to communicate with my customers in the way it suits them best, and it saves me time when I am doing that.
The account managers and customer service team consistently go the extra mile for us. Features are always being added/improved with the user in mind.
I would like to see more mobile-first snippets and some more innovative CSS.

It's a smart looking platform and easy to use, but you can get really in depth with it if you like.
Creating new things such as workflows was hard to find at first.
