The team is always available to help. Scott Harder is incredibly helpful and always goes the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied with the product and utilizing it to the best of our ability.
There are no serious downsides, some of our older GPS are going offline and saying unplugged, however the team at force has done a great job helping us replace those and get newer equipment.
Force helps us track vehicles, plan for trips and monitor drivers to make sure we are safe, cost effective and strategic with our fleet managment. While ther are multiple feautures, the basic ones alone still save us ample amounts of time and money.

I find that time tracking allows us to maintain accurate job quoting for customers and stay on top of our job costs.
Only downside is inactivy sometimes will cause a lag in location.
Our biggest problem is job cost and average times to keep our quoted jobs backed up by physical time on job. With Housecall Pro backing up time started etc, Force is just giving us the backup of time on job to support our quotes.
Ease of use and new features and tools current and also those being added that work great for my fleet management team. Easy to use and accuracy is great. Love that there are other services besides just the GPS, like maintenance receipt uploads and reports on serval important fleet management tools.
Occasionally, the system has down time usually due to internet issues or other issues and sometimes my data is lost for that time period when it went down, so when I print the reports they are not complete trip reports. I do not have a person who can watch the GPS App constantly so, I have to rely on reports much of the time when I am having to schedule jobs manually into my HCP App.
It covers most of what I need it for but I am sure I will need more of what you provide and am willing to hep you improve the app. I don't have time to explain that all here but it has been very helpful. I mostly use the app for tracking and that helps me when trying to make sure what time the trucks are arriving at job sites and leaving and going to other jobs or taking breaks.
Ease of use, I can always see right where my fleet vehicles are!
The boxes are a little bulky, my drivers occassionally knock them out.
I no longer have to call my technicians and ask where they are at or how long it will be until they arrive at their next job.
Force by Mojio is awesome because it integrates with my CRM, when I alert my customers I am On the Way, Housecall Pro shows them Mojio's unit location and allows them to track my technician in real time! Super handy, it will also relay any diagnostic trouble codes to the admin dashboard which allows me to stay on top of any issues our vehicles have. The dashboard is very intuitive and relays a lot of information to the office. Best $20/unit spent.
Haven't found anything with the system that makes me dislike this system. I have used alot of GPS units that track vehicles in the past and this is by far the best.
Helps give my CRM software Housecall Pro relay information to our customers about technician's arrival and allows them to see their location. Limits customer calls to the office.
The application suits our business needs and the ease of use offered by the application is great.

The application allows us to see where our drivers are in real time. This offers us the ability to reroute drivers as needed and to determine ETA's for our transports.
I like that the software tells you exactly where they are, if they are idling, etc. It's also great for seeing their speeds and what services the vehicle needs.
It would be great if the software did breadcrumbs so you could see where they were at intervals along the way.
I don't have to call my team to see where they are. I can just open the app or website and know exactly where they are. It's easy to tell customers how long before they are going to arrive, etc.
Easy to install and very accurate. Website is easy to use as well.
Unplugs easily and does malfunction at times but still worth the money.
Making sure crews are in place in a timely manner ensures a happy client.

I enjoy the GPS tracking, which is very accurate and I can see where my team members drive, how long are they at any locations, and also my clients can see how far they are on their way.
I sometime get overwhelmed with repetitive notifications that I am not sure what they mean. Other than that, I don't thing there any flaws that I can think of as far as the software goes.
Force by Mojio ensures that my technicians use our vehicles only for work purposes. One of my techs has another business and Force by Mojio ensures me that he only uses our vehicle for our line of business, which protects us from liability standpoint.
