What do you like best about Foodics?

It's a perfect inventory solution , user friendly and esay to update. Cashier App can update in just seconds.

With foodics you will never find that you are struggling with support. i have experienced the Support and it's amazing and rapid response specially account Manager Purvi Gupta. I have never faced any delay in response even if i stuck in any update and she support to update each item.

What do you dislike about Foodics?

I tried alot to find but it's just a perfect Solution. Some changes are needed in reports and layouts and product team is working on those suggestions this what I have received in my last conversation.

What do you like best about Foodics?

The System is user-friendly, and support is always available, especially during the onboarding process. We had smooth communication and coordination with our Account Manager Marice, always helpful and available. The training team was also great.

What do you dislike about Foodics?

Some features need enhancement like split bills and change of payment method.

What problems is Foodics solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are data not available in terms of reporting, but they are working on it as per them, once that is resolved then it will surely benefit us.
