They make it easy to build event and registration web pages. We have tried a lot of different pricing models for our events over the past 2 years and Fonteva has been able to accommodate all of them.

Registration processes can take a little while for users. There is no one-click registration option.

Fonteva Events is very feature rich, which makes it good for a variety of different events. For organizations that care about branding their events Fonteva allows a lot of options, including custom CSS to brand event microsites.

Understanding and troubleshooting event registration errors or event coniguration can take some time to get used to and do well.

Easy to use and time saving while setting up the memberships and associations.

What really makes it great is that we have all the Salesforce automation and marketing tools sitting behind this, so we can automate responses and reminders, as well as incentivise segmented groups of participants. Salesforce opportunity management also allows us to manage large sponsorship deals.

I love how user friendly and easy to navigate it is. Also searching is a breeze because it offers you nicknames (like Brad as well as Bradley) which makes finding the right account so much easier!

I struggle with the reporting as there are just far too many items that are similar in name. I find it easy to get confused about when to choose which item.

This is a great opportunity to explore new options for reaching people.

We are able to manage events and memberships easily all from the same platfrom. Rather than having 2-3 platforms that have to communicate (which hardly works). So that has eased frustrations greatly!

Badge access/restriction can be bit difficult to learn at first.

Ease of setting up registration including discounts, refunds, etc. Instead of using third party sites, great that we can keep our operations in house.

registration issues with third party sites and delay with reporting. Having control over our registration and the ability to receive results in real time without depending on a third party company for updated numbers.

The layout is easy enough to allow any user setup and schedule Events. The wizzy wig is out of this world. But the preview to see the updates real time is ideal to ensure the site is perfect!

I do not have any issues with the system are this time.

Complete salesforce integration. ease of setup. customizability. It makes hosing events much easier.

Registration information is sometimes difficult to export but I hear they are updating this in a future release.

Events in salesforce and managed by our AMS makes the whole event process much easier.

Out of the box Event Management functionality for Salesforce. There is no worthy competition to this product. If I'm looking to add any type of Event functionality to a Salesforce org this is where I go immediately. Fonteva's software makes Events easy; I've set it up and customized it for a company in an hour or two and then they can make Events within a few minutes. It always wows my customers to have such functionality so quickly.

Custom and complicated development on their pages can be time consuming. Out of the box everything is fantastic, but custom Visualforce pages and CSS can take a lot of debugging. Wish it was easier to customize better. But this is a minor blemish on a fantastic product.
