I wish text messages could be added to action plans, we use texting Betty but it being integrated into the website would be so much easier.

It's user friendly but if you have questions support is super responsive by phone or email. Also, assigned an account manager. One of my favorite things they do is video examples step by step from my account. The smart lists are a no brainer for efficiency snd most of all the community is incredible. Top producer are in there ready to share their processes and moderators will even @ mention the best person to help you.
We merged with a larger brokerage this year and gave up our FUB account and imported into theirs - the transition process was extremely difficult. We of course then had shared contacts with the agents in the brokerage we merged with. They could see our info we could see ours etc. I don't think a lot of people have done that - Paige Orlando has been amazing and can give you more details if needed.
I implemented the lead accountability action plan from Albert Vasquez which is great - also built smart list based on last communication - tags are essential and another great tool for filtering - one of my favorite tips from Lee Adkins is using it to filter by amenities buyers are looking for OR click on the tag to see everyone with that tag etc.

When something needs to be updated or changed, there is a board where I can check to see how many other people are interested in this change and where is on the engineers list. This level of transparency and priorities really helps my team have trust software and the FUB Team. It's easy to navigate and we love using it! The customer support is outstanding!!!
