Cash and retail management

It is a great software for retailers. It saves lot of time and helps in managing and mentaining store. Highly recommended.

The UI can be improved. Needs to be simple and clean.

It saves lot of time. Helps in auditing and keeping track record of daily sale.

I like that the system also has an app as well. That allows me to check on my organization when I am away from my store to better assist.

I love the fact we are all able to communicate through a platform in real time all at once.

Foko Retail provides a collaborative platform for all ideas. It is an easy mode of communication between the retailers with additional benefits of sharing images and have visualized ideas. Also, it is accessible from anywhere so there is no constraint of being stick in work station.

We have not faced any major technical issues yet

Our organization started using Foko Retail a year back. It is such a reliable tool and easily accessible. Foko Retail is one of the most reliable tools for efficient retail management. We are able to view and keep track of tasks with pictures according to the allotted roles. It is one of the best ones available.

I love how easy it is to reach out to anyone at any time if assistance is needed with a promotion, marketing, or product.

The inability to delete DMs that are now inactive.

No problems. The access to different people and resources makes my job easier.

I love that the most recent updates from other stores- or our districts manager are posted first. We stay up to date on changes throughout the company as far as resets, refreshes, and other pertinent information.

I also enjoy the sidebar when scrolling through our marketplan. I can tap on sidebar, and jump to the page I need to use.

Plis, the colors are so inviting and fun.

I wish it was easier to close projects. We use Foko on our tablets, and desktop, but the oriention on the tablets is a bit
