PROS: We use this for monitoring the progress of our projects. It allows us to easily receive updates and collect outputs once they are done.

CONS: Improvements could be done for easier customization of files in PDF format.

PROS: This allows me to easily annotate files and send copies of them via email. Some of its annotating tools that I like are bookmarks and the pencils which come in varying colors.

CONS: I would like this software better if they would add a feature that would make it easier to access the tools that I use the most.

PROS: This makes creating, filling out, and sharing forms easier.

CONS: Some changes could be done to make its interface friendlier. It is hard to keep track of the location of the files on this platform.

PROS: This software has proved to be useful for contract e-signing.

CONS: We manage several contracts using this platform. So far, we haven't encountered any issues.

PROS: This is an ideal solution for small businesses like ours who are looking for ways to save on resources. Our printing expenses have decreased significantly since we started using this.

CONS: We haven't encountered any major issues while using the platform. Fluix is user-friendly and its support team does a great job at teaching how it works.

PROS: Fluix is equipped with a number of great features for managing workflows, automating tasks, tracking locations, and attaching pictures and e-signatures to documents. Several integrations are also available for this platform.

CONS: We think its form maker needs to be improved to allow for easier creation of complex forms. We also think they should make the platform available on Google Play.

PROS: With Fluix, we outgrew old manual practices and successfully transitioned into digital ones which proved to be a lot more convenient and cost-efficient. We are now able to share documents with a few clicks and gather information from our employees faster using this software's forms.

CONS: The desktop version of this software needs a few more features.

PROS: We use this for managing our schedules and work files. It's amazing how the platform remains stable and works seamlessly for us given that we are a large company of frequent users.

CONS: We have been using this platform for a long time now and we are extremely satisfied with it.
