It is beneficial for monitoring your team without interrupting productivity.The system allows you to monitor employee activity, email, idle time, screen activity etc.. I love this software because it is very detailed but easy to use!

Overall, I think the product is great! I haven't come across any issues that are worth sharing as a "con". However, it would be nice to have access to the software via mobile/app.

Flowtrack is solving the problem of monitoring your team efficiency without interrupting workflow. You can do it seamlessly behind the scenes. It has benefited our team tremendously by allowing us to track specific metrics.

GUI, easy, and reports are good for understanding. It is very good to see the actual time where people are spending. It is good to monitor employee activity, email, spare time, screen activities.

I could not find a solution for mobile. Also, more configurations for administrators will be better. The product needs to keep renewing itself and integrating new features.

The product is very convenient and useful for measuring the working performance of people working remotely, especially in industries such as software. The fact that it does this without disturbing the employees is quite nice.
