Missing assets or inventory

I can keep up with inventory, purchase orders, projects and so much more. I had never used a program like this before and was worried it would be difficult to learn but its not

Nothing yet because I am a new user but so far so good and no problems yet.

Utilizing all of its functions will be beneficial and cut down costs for your facility

I dont know as I am a new user of a few months on this program.

I like how you can create a project and you can every single thing into it such as orders, dispatch loads, issues po’s, add inventory and so much more!

Nothing- the program is excellent. You could ask for a better all in one

I wish there was a way to cancel po’s instead of zeroing then out

We were missing a lot of purchase orders because we didn’t have anything to tag it to. This makes everything to much easier.

Everything is in one place such as issuing po's, inventory/assets record keeping, contact and business information, sales leads, and so much more! It really has so many features in one software catered to your needs..

when I am pulling up assets if you don't click all or active it doesn't pull up,. I feel like it has one extra step that should be deleted to make the process quicker.

make sure you learn the entire software and train so that you can utilize everything they have to offer.

we had a huge issue with keeping up in the inventory dept. Once this software was installed we have had fewer issues/mistakes.

I can do everything from dispatch trucks, issue pos, enter assets in, create events, budgets, etc. Whatever your business needs- it will do.

The whole platform is well made but it is missing bells and whistles on design such as making it appealing since we work in the application all day. Maybe provide different color settings or designs to spruce it up a bit,

Make sure you go through a tutorial with someone who has experience in it because it is easy to make a mistake that is hard to correct without going through management.

Inventory issues and po issues. We can keep better track with this and hold people accountable. We are also resolving scheduling issues with our drivers.

User friendly and easy to keep all of the tasks at hand in this one software. From sales leads to inventory to purchase orders- you cant go wrong with this!

Have someone train all the employees instead of letting people train through another. A lot was missed and not utilized because the company I worked for opted not to pay for training.

We had some issues keeping up with sales leads but that was fixed once they switched to the software
