Flow XO for Chat allows you to create code-free online chatbots. I find that for my business website it really gives a human type interaction with visitors and that allows them to build confidence and trust with the products. It really helps in turning visitors into clients.
I wish there was a way which allowed the chat box to recognize images or screenshots. That way, the chat box wouldn't have to route to real human customer service agents everything a visitor uploaded a screenhot or an image as a query.
Like I said before, it really helps with business development. It turnes visitors into clients and also helps with repeat purchases. Costs are minimized because I don't have to hire a big team for just dealing with customers and servicing them online.
It is very easy to set up so I can do it on my own on any system. Even standard integrations like stripe and google analytics are available, making it a one-stop solution to get the e-commerce site running. I also liked their non-abiguous dashboard where I can see my bots and flows in card format.
I also liked predefined templates which make my work easy when getting started with it.
It's very standard software compared to other enterprise software. I feel it lacked dashboard analytics and reports. They should have provided about failed questions like if the user asked a question and the bot didn't have an answer. It should get recorded. I would like to create templates and share them but there are no such features present currently.
I felt chatbots were a really complicated system when I first saw them, but when I started using flowxo chatbot, I easily created chatbots for multiple platforms in one place.
