Floor Mapper makes it incredibly easy for us to find locations throughout our building and easily integrates into AD. Mark is always a pleasure to work with and responds to our requests in a timely manner and provides us with our updates in a short amount of time.

We have a large building and it makes it easy for anyone in our company to visually see where someone sits or where a conference room is located. This is also beneficial in emergency situations to get the appropriate people to someone in the event of an emergency.
Probably the easiest thing about Floor Plan Mapper is adding and removing entries on the map itself. Sure, it took some time to learn the ins and outs, but all-in-all it is very simple and easy to use.
The process for updating maps themselves feels a little clunky to me. Send them in, get new files, and overwrite current files. It would be nice to have a self-serve portal that allowed us to make changes on our own.
Floor Plan Mapper has been incredible in assisting our space committee in redesigning/reorganizing workspaces. Having an overview of the entire area is significantly more helpful than trying to draw it on a whiteboard or explaining it.
This product is extremely easy to use. I had no experience with online floor plans prior to implementing this tool and found there is little to no learning curve involved.
Telephone numbers must include dashes (i.e., 312-555-1212) in order for the employee to appear on Floor Plan Mapper. Would be nice if this requirement wasn't so rigid.
Allows me to easily see which private offices and cubicles occupied and which are vacant. Very helpful to link to our internal directory so employees can see where colleagues reside!
