Getting correct documentation from borrowers
Way easier than DocuSign. Love how it automatically goes into the file when I approve what is uploaded. I also like how the templates will match for the most part. Very rarely do I need to redo.
I have a little bit of a dislike for the milestone part of Floify. I am not sure if that is Floify's issue or my companies, but I wish that the milestones would update in realtime with the Encompass file. I also wish it were slightly easier to place the signature's onto the document. The whole drag and drop is fine, but if I clicked on signature and clicked on the document and it knew to place the signature where I clicked, boy oh boy 5 stars.
Easy disclosures and easy requests to borrower. Makes it much more simple than remembering to email and follow up. I also am a fan of the automated emails, though I do think they are an eyesore.
That I can cobrand my online application with all my real estate agents and they can see the progress of the loan.

The most helpful about Floify is the fact that you can have every single document from a borrower on just one platform, and is very easy to use even for the borrowers, I trained myself with youtube videos to know how to upload and request documents, but the borrower doesn't need to do that as they only click on "docs owed" and upload all from there, and the fact that Floify was updated and now we can upload maximum of twelve documents per request, is amazing because it has simplified a lot the work of uploading documents. In addition, Floify has a lot of features, like uploading, downloading, requesting signatures, having docs templates, etc., that make our work as a mortgage broker way easier.
I do not like that it has happened to me that I am uploading a lot of documents, and the "message" that I add as a comment, sometimes goes to another file, like I was supposed to write on a, let's say, paystub "paid through 07/11" but instead, that comment goes to another document that I uploaded in the same request. Another fact that I dislike is that, if I am only uploading one document from "docs owed" the name does not change, even if I write "Paystub", it does not save that name and just uploads it with the same name that was saved when we requested it.
I believe the most important problem that Floify is solving is having a place to upload all documentation from a borrower because it would be annoying to not be able to look at all documents from a borrower. Also, Floify helps request signatures from a borrower, which is a great feature because we no longer need borrowers to wet sign a document, we can simply ask them to access a link and sign.
I think my favorite part of Floify is the integrations and general support. I've never used a POS that has as many tools readily available, not the ability to create co-branded mortgage applications. Top notch!
Currently, Floify isn't syncing with LendingPad which is causing me a lot of headache. I'm paying for Floify+ and not receiving A+ service or support. "A fix is in route" doesn't exactly help the lack of communication between software platforms and is definitely a huge drawback. If I used LendingPad's POS, I wouldn't be having these issues.
If you're in the mortgage industry and want a straightforward standalone POS that offers superior support and functionality, Floify is the way to go!
I think the first problem being solved is getting borrower's to provide their docs. I set automatic reminders to kick out every 3 days, and without fail people are giving me their stuff without me having to do anything extra. Benefits are most definitely faster pre-approvals free of error.
Easiest client management system I've seen specifically for loan origination. Templates are easy to work with to request information for different types of loans.
I would like an easier way to get back to the client's dashboard without having to go all the way back to home and clicking on the client again. Also, navigating between docs owed, pending review, and accepted could be easier.

Floify is an easy interface for both borrowers and loan officers. Easy for a processor to jump in and add documents, and communicate with the borrower. The number of integrations and customizations allow almost anyone from any loan or mortgage company to work with their current technology to have floify fit right into their "flow."
The only issue is the lack of integration with OpenClose LOS system. But this is not an issue of Floify and more of OpenClose wanting to push their built-in Consumer Assist portal for borrowers, which is vastly inferior.
Floify has allowed the process of sending applications to become extremely easy and error-free. The ease in which we can request documents and keep the borrowers and their real estate partners engaged and updated through the process is critical for better and faster closes and relationships with clients and partners.
