With flock starting a conversation is quick and simple with my teams contacts right at the top of my fingertips thus saving time,in addition the private channels are great for focused and closed discussions.The way flock integrates all apps in one single platform has enhanced team productivity.

So far so good flock has suited all of our business needs there is nothing to dislike about this tool it's ease of use and user-friendly interface is incredible

It is much easier to find the people from different branches made easy. The functionalities like video calls are very clear. The interface is good and easy to implement for technical , hr teams as well. Using it regularly.

There must be a plan definitely between pro and enterprise. so we can have much options to buy it for different teams.

Rising and managing tickets with that of video calls have been beneficial at recent times, which has improved UI as of now!

It has ever been seamless to send DMs, large files online and manage products in one single dashboard. Availability of mobile application is another great aspect about Flock.

From my overall rating, it's clear that I face zero issues when using Flock on my end.

With Flock, I am able to contact customers via DMs which eradicate need for email chats.

I give double thumbs up to the fact that it was straightforward to implement unlike it's competitor Slack.

Eveb though I have used Flock for three years now, I do not find anything to dislike on it.

The major problem it is solving is collaboration, today in the era of work from home there is a need of instant messaging apps for business. It also solves problems of disorganized information, email overload, collaboration challenges, lack of visibility, communication gaps, security concerns, and geographical barriers, resulting in improved productivity, efficiency, and teamwork for users.

With Flock, I am able to create unlimited communication channels in one secure integrated place.

Now that I can integrate with external web apps to enhance audio and video calls, I have no other flaw.

Flock is an easy to use and quick instant messaging system that allows you to quickly and efficiently collaborate with your team. You can set up channels to talk to multiple people or work individually with a member of your team. They offer a free plan that is more than capable for smaller teams (10-15 people) but offers other paid options to provide even more flexibility. The free plan caps at 10,000 stored messages, while paid plans have way higher storage capabilities. We love that we can have this easily at both home and the office for meetings when the weather or other factors keep us at home.

The cap on the free plan can be challenging, but this can easily be fixed by going to a paid plan. We have also found that the notifications, while helpful, can be obnoxious in certain settings. We have had a hard time with notifications on android devices and turning off the audible alarms. However, it is good not to miss certain information.

Previously we would physically wait until someone was off the phone or free to give them a message or send an email. Now we can instantly communicate without waiting, saving us valuable time. We also can share across different departments around the building without setting up meetings or needing space. This can quickly be done from a network-connected device.

The mobile app is amazing for communication. All members of the team, on and off field, never miss an important update

The best feature of flock is that everything is integrated into it. You can use the flock API to trigger alerts and use it as a standard messenger like Microsoft teams. You can schedule meetings. You can create groups for specific alerts too. Many other apps are built-in, like Calendar, Drive, Assistant, Reminders, Notes, etc.

For the mobile application, Flock sometimes doesn't give notifications on time. So, you can miss a few alerts or messages if you are using the mobile application.

It is solving a significant problem of integrating many functionalities in one place. Thus, you end up using just this one app for everything. We use flock as a standard communication app, and we also use it to trigger alerts for our live applications. We get real-time alerts for all our applications.
