PROS: Some great things about Fleetsmith: (1) easy setup of DEP because of the provided instructions; (2) SOC2 compliance; (3) good archiving features; (4) easy adding of new apps; (5) awesome customer service; (6) cool, intuitive interface; and (7) an overall intuitive and robust app!

CONS: The user account control can be improved.

PROS: Fleetsmith's strengths are its user-friendly interface and its reliable support services!

CONS: I think they should be adding progression bars so it would be easier to monitor the statuses off apps.

PROS: This is a reliable and modern fleet management app for all our mac/iOS devices. And their support staff are impressive! They resolve issues in no time.

CONS: I hope they would put up an issue board to track the suggestions/recommendations from the users. I think it would also be a great idea to allow users to manage the accounts using any of the devices from the fleet.

PROS: This software allowed me to do tons of things in a much easier way: (1) enrolling new employees; (2) securing our company's systems; (3) creating a uniform fleet of PCs; and (4) improving our user experience in running updates and installing new software.

CONS: I hope they would improve their custom packages. I encountered a problem with the names of the packages which gave me a hard time installing it.

PROS: The user interface is straightforward, intuitive, and navigation is seamless.

CONS: We experience some lagging when the number of our fleet reached above 200. But it's a rare occurrence.

PROS: Here are the top things I specifically love about Fleetsmith: 1)integrations with Gsuite, 2) automation, 3) easy onboarding and termination of users, 3)regular updating reminders, 4) secured access

CONS: Fleetsmith is exclusive for macOS so we can't use it for our other clients who prefer Windows.

PROS: Setting up devices has never been easier with Fleetsmith. I can easily add new apps and/or use the pre-built apps provided in the library. It also made it possible to update devices remotely at the most convenient time.

CONS: You have to know how to build a pkg for you to be able to add custom apps. I also wish it's easier to add password management and antivirus apps. It will also be great if users can configure each app.

PROS: It saves us time in managing various apps for different users. Fleetsmith groups devices into profiles so it's easier to do bulk actions.

CONS: Manual enrollment should be checked because it sometimes doesn't record all the details.

PROS: The platform makes much of our computer management processes more efficient and automated, especially that it works smoothly with Google Suite products. It works well with Apple Deployment platform too, which makes hiring processes easier. We can set up file storage security and network setting among other configurations in computer units that we provide to new employees, which is great for their learning processes through the onboarding phase. Moreover, the tool gives me alerts when it is time to update authorization, create and implement policies seamlessly, as well as it lets me lock lost computer units of our employees through remote methods. It supports the termination processes of our employees too. This is really a big help in my work as a manager.

CONS: We use Fleetsmith in Apple macOS, and we sometimes encounter employees that want to have computer units with Microsoft Windows. We need to find a different platform for fleet managing to cater to such demands.

PROS: Fleetsmith has a stellar interface on the admin dashboard that makes user experience superior to other alternatives. We’ve got great support from its team too. That is from presenting us the options and features of the platform, integrating it into our system, and up to the ongoing support we receive while using the tool.

CONS: It doesn’t feature a progress bar output, especially when making updates into each account. This makes it difficult to track the status of pushing an app. You only need to assume it is successful.
