We've started eliminating paper not only in the shop, but operations and safety as well with their customizable inspection forms. The software can expand beyond the fleet and has the potential to reach multiple users within the operation as you get creative. It's easy to setup and get users started right away. Getting everything loaded and started on their cadences will take time, but take effect immediately.

I'd like to personalize the app a little bit further along with more detailed permissions for users. Also, a quick search at the top of the mobile app would be stellar and in more in line with other app designs.

Fleetio is solving the issue of missing paperwork and time consumption it takes in writing it all down. It's also helping solve safety inspections that we conduct every 90 days on our vehicles.

the platform is very user friendly. I love the dashboard and all of the reminders. the ease of adding information about my equipment and choosing a preventative maintenance plan. also adding invoices to the correct vehicles. also the integration with GoMotive and Samara as well.

Everything is laid out really well. Easy to navigate. Lots of exceptions and possibilities have been thought of and accounted for. The onboarding team is a must. Their training sessions are informative, the staff is knowledgeable, and the Zoom sessions are short, so I can still get things done. Can't recommend this software enough! I've used a lot of Saas software across many industries, and with time, I've been able to tell whether a company is invested in its product within a few hours of using it. Fleetio is one of the best I've seen in that regard.

The software can seem a little overwhelming at first, so you'll have to take the time to focus on training. While there is an option for API, it would be nice if Fleetio could offer an additional service to connect with other software or point us to another company that provides the service.

Fleet maintenance. Checklists, making sure maintenance happens on a regular schedule. We already had the Verizon Connect Reveal, so that integration is a real bonus.

The flexibility of the service reminder app. It allows me the flexibility to customize service tasks for each vehicle and uses the vehicle mileage to forecast due dates for the selected services.

Fleetio is also integrated with our GPS provider and our fuel supplier so we have a complete picture of our fleet operational cost.

I have not yet figured out how to use Fleetio to determine the vehicle life cycle to the point I can say it is now costing much to keep this vehicle in service / or forecast the return on investment turning point.

Tracking/ ensuring on-time PM service actions by the reminder emails and on the dashboard. The only way you miss a PM action is by simply not doing your job. Fleetio provides service reminder alerts to you in several ways ! Service Reminder makes scheduling PM a breeze.

Issue tracking is a big bonus. By Drivers using the mobile app issues can be reported real-time with comments and pictures. I can review all the provided information and evaluate the reports and make a call on the severity within minutes. Drivers do not have to go to my office or drive to the office location. The mobile app allows them to report issues from anywhere at anytime day or night! I no longer have to remember to write notes for reminders about issues it is already documented in the system. Before fleetio I may have several drivers run across the back lot and tell me about minor issues and by the time I get back to my office I have forgotten by vehicle # what the problem were. The Issue tracking app on Fleetio totally eliminates this problem.

Fleetio is a well put together, fleet management software that helps you keep track of any metric you could need for your fleet. The cost is more then fair and the fact that you do not need to sign multi-year contracts makes this a no brainer.

So far, the only downside has been when linking to an API for your fleet tracking / ELD, it does not pull past data. So your analytics will start tracking from the day you link the accounts.

Fleetio is providing us an easy solution for tracking all of the fleets renewables in one place. It allows you to build your own maintenance plane and set reminders for each price of equipment.

Fleetio has helped our company keep track of our vehicles and their needs i.e. registration/oil changes/issues, etc. We use it for inventory purposes and to keep track of what vehicle each driver is in. The app helps drivers have their essential documents in their hands when needed.

Fleetio has more options than we basically need.

We used to keep our fleet inventory on a spreadsheet that had to be manually looked over. With Fleetio, reminders are emailed for issues that need attention. Reminders free us from worrying if we missed renewing registration or maintenance on a vehicle.

Everything about Fleetio is extremely helpful. I like the fuel & service tracking.

The forms/inspections. I customize them within my company to be applicable for safety forms and documents.

I wish that the forms/inspections could be completely customizable so that you could really create a great form that wasn't fleet based.
