Fivestreet does a great job or routing leads and displaying the appropriate information in the referral.

The number of third-party applications supported is limited., no zapier interface, no ability to forward leads using an email address which is supported by most every CRM and Marketing application.

Be certain that your CRM or Marketing Tool is supported.

Lead routing and archive. This tool is a great way to route your leads to a small or large team and since all leads are stored you can redistribute when needed.

This program organizes and updates you on leads which is really helpful for my business. The updates are in a timely manor as well. Even leads that have been in their for years are still available to see and use. You can also keep track of what you have gone with the leads and how you have communicated. This program syncs with the other programs I use and puts everything into one. Even when I don't have my account active, the old leads still show up. This is the most wonderful thing I could ask for. Its doesn't feel like they shut you out.

Its a little pricey for that it features. If it were less expensive, I would consistently use the program. Other than that, it's great.

Sync all lead programs you use to Fivestreet. This will help tremendously in organizing your business. Keep updating what you do with each lead so you don't get far behind. Also, look at every lead weekly to check on the status of each one. Fivestreet is as good as you make it out to be. It provides everything you need, you just need to use it correctly.

Lead Organization. All leads are put into one with all of the information there and ready to be used. Every time I contact a lead or there is some communication with that lead, I update all of that information. This also helps in remembering what is going on with each one.

I like that you can set up an automatic email response.

I really need a system that can send an automatic email, text, and voicemail. I cancelled my account because they don't have text and voicemails.

I am not always available to give an automatic response for my leads. This always gets a lead an automatic response.

I used this product as part of the top producer suite for over a year and it was pretty disappointed with the overall use of product

It's very limited in what it allows you to do. You cannot attach it to your own personal number and doesn't do much else.

Limited functions and limited value, make it work better.

I thought it was going to help me get int touch with my lead immediately, but all it did was make more work for me.
