Definitely participate in any available training to help you navigate quickly through the program.

It's easy for me to view my students' scores across multiple tests. I love that it's all in one, easy to access place.

It was pretty user friendly and easy to figure out how to use. It made my one job easier and I used it for a little bit but not too long. It helped me evaluate the staffs overall performance for their reviews and also help with budgeting.m

Other industries could use this as well like education and other management companies. While pivot tables may sound like something just a business would use, they can actually be valuable to any type of industry.

It wasn’t my favorite one, I liked others better but this one was still good and made things easier for me. I do not recall what we paid for it but it was unnecessary since we were not using nearly all of the features it offered.

I do not recall the exact amount we paid for this, if it was monthly or pay by the year. Maybe it would have been more beneficial to us if the price was less money or you could pick and choose different plans or something to better suit your needs.

It really was great and helpful, I just liked other ones better but this one is still great!

I have tons of information to sort through in one of my previous jobs and pivot jobs really helped me out to stay more organized. It really helped with organizing staff performance appraisals and all their data. We also used it to stay on top of our budget.

The most helpful part of Pivot is the bank of rigorous, standard-aligned questions available to use for creating assessment.

The downside is that navigating the site when creating assessments isn't streamlined. It's not efficient. Also, there are limited options depending on the standard.

Consider including a component that will show student growth towards standards mastery.

Pivot is an easy tool for teachers to use for their evaluations. It is intuitive and it is user friendly. We enjoy the scripting that is available to use for the 5D evaulation system.

The reporting functions are limited for administrators. I wish that the main menu was cleaned up so that only our current functions were listed out, not all the platforms that Pivot offers to buy.

The customer support is great. Our contact at Pivot is avialble anytime for answering questions or offering demonstrations. The company has helped us with training and becoming proficient in the system.

Five-Star Pivot houses our 5D annual teacher evaulations. This is our first year using the platform for instructional staff. As an administrator, I have heard feedback from our teaching staff that the platform is easy to use and they are happy with the platform.

It is pretty comprehensive and intuitive. I haven't had much training in the software and it is still pretty easy to use. I know that I don't take advantage of all the features that the software has, but it is a decent software.

It is frustrating that it doesn't autosave everything. I have had a few times that I have lost my information that was inputted and had to redo it.

It is a necessary evil to have a system for evaluations and observations. It is helpful that all the districts in the area use the same software.
