I love the customer service, expertise and response times at FITSW. The ability to accept feedback, respond to any system issues and correct them is far beyond any other company I've worked with. As a customer for 5 years now, the growth has never negatively impacted me as a business customer with a custom app, or as a trainer.

There are no downsides when you customize your custom app. FITSW is very willing to create custom projects and your business experience. Eventually it'd be wonderful to see a larger broadband width and website template and upgrade options that are more streamlined with branding and marketing.

During covid, FITSW was amazing for my small business and wellness center. As a high risk business, we were closed or 25% capacity for over a year. FITSW custom app and projects made wellness accessible for our clients and members for in demand, live stream and customizable for them to keep working with us no matter where they or their wellness expert were or moved to. A truly great experience for trainers; clients and business management!

I use FitSW for my personal training clients and it is a great resource to create customized workouts & track their progress all while keeping them engaged and involved with their own profile. My favorite resource is the video demonstrations for each exercise which is great for clients to be able to access when they are working out on their own.

After using FitSW and getting feedback from my clients, there is nothing I dislike so far! It has been an excellent resource.

Before using FitSW I was keeping track of all my clients data, programs, and information in my notes app on my phone. FitSW allowed me to be more organized, not miss any information, and see the overall profile for each client where nothing is accidentally missed.

The video demos are right there and easy to access

Clients report lacgging when trying to update completed work.

If you need something easy to get going and user friendly then this is a good option.

I can upload workouts for clients anywhere in the world.

I like that you can assign workouts and that it has a decent selection of exercises to choose from.

Exercises to choose from is limited when assigning workouts. All values for assessments must be a number or yes/no. Clients always have a hard time finding forms to fill out.

I dont think I have realized anything new or helpful with FitSW. I used it because it was required for my job but I try to avoid it when possible.
