It is tough to customize the UI. Most of the things are static. It would have been better to have some scope for automation of daily tasks and analysis routines.

I could not afford to hire employees for financial management of my startup venture. So, firstOfficer proved to be really helpful in managing finances, subscriptions, revenue and plan the goals.

It has the best solutions for keeping data on track and a good user experience on UI/UX. Sometimes people need visual experience to understand what they have received or been given.

I have not found many dislikes, but I can say that sometimes start-up companies or CA could be affected by the price of those who run their business. Everyone can not understand a few Visual tools.

It is hard to do finance work manually because so many transactions we need o keep on the desk. Then we have finalized difficult things so that time FirstOfficer does the best job and saves time.

One of the best SaaS model accounting and banking platforms available now. Its simply together in one solutions kind of thing. This software made us providing our users with the latest metrics and charts required to solve modern growth problems regards accounting.

There is not much to dislike, even though the pricing seems slightly higher than other alternatives. The billing integration part is good, but it still has to be improved.

The Key part of this software is its integrations; We can integrate with accounting, banking and billing integrations, making us more comfortable using this product.

As comparative new software there some minor issues like sometime software not work as per the requirement

Only thing is the pricing of it is little much high for startups and small scale business.
