For anyone considering using First Hive, I recommend doing so. The monitoring of interactions and the management of campaigns is very simple. Data Segmentation is very easy. Within few clicks, one could launch EDM and SMS campaigns.

Integration is a bit complicated part, but the First Hive team had helped us always to overcome the issues.

Data Security, Data need not to be uploaded or downloaded for inbound marketing campaigns. Also helping us in creating Marketing Automation flows.

Firsthive is a good CDP platform to look at the data from digital and predict how a customer will behave so we can serve accordingly. These tools offer marketing teams relevant insights needed to run campaigns & it is user friendly tool.

While working on a Large customer base, you have to be very proactive, firsthive is. There development is very responsive.

We signed-up for FirstHive to primarily manage our Email campaigns. We send a large volume of emails every month but never faced a problem in delivery. It's smooth. Now, we have also started to manage our facebook and twitter accounts on FirstHive. Will recommend it to all.

FirstHive offers Very Proactive and supportive Business team, excellent support in terms of solutioning and implementation for all the business challenges we have encountered so far.

Tech support for standard off the shelf CDP products is great, but tech support for the customised Microsite and mobile applications can improve in terms of speed of resolution.
