It is easy to use on daily to daily basis. It is very user friendly and anyone not knowing much about it, can also use it.

Few legs are there while working but it fixed after update.

Few glitches on the training session. But got all the updates which helps in better work process all thru while working on this app. Few lags at times while working. Unaware about the reason but it doesn't cause much of an issue as the work product is saved while in use.

Great at problem solving. Get a lot of help in securing my data and I have been feeling sale after using fire eye data service . Happy with the product to the most. Makes work easy and keeps track of every data very accurately. Can be referred to at any point of time. Makes it more convenient and secure.

This is kind of best service to secure our data centres. This actually takes product, services, threat-intelligence work together to protect our data.

I somewhat feel that they cana improve on their customer response time.

GUI could be better. sometimes to make some changes, we need to navigate to different options and find a better way. So, the GUI could be better to make things easy

Wife range of threat detection and protection. It helps very much to companies which are exposed to cyber attacks on a high to very high intensity. The core MVX engine looks very capable & promising.

Customer support could have been little improvement in terms of responding little quicker.

We have operations & data storage facilities across few area or countries with high risk of cyber attacks and have seen a significant improvement in data security handling and lower data breaches in the area where FireEye is deployed.

FireEye wont let you miss any threats be it minor or major and you have good sense of what's happening.

I like this software for its real time threat intelligence and advanced thread detection.

The software is little complex in nature and has some limitation in integration.

Some of the popular benefit for which this software is used widely for me is comprehensive security, network visibility with customized solutions.

I liked the functionality offered with FireEye. It not only had signature based detection but behavioral analysis and machine learning. This enabled our agency to ensure that we adequately cleaned up our systems after a ransonware attack and be 100% certain that we have closed the bad actors out of our systems. The tool was fairly easy to install on multiple nodes of a domain and we were able to run a script to verify that it was talking back to the main hub.

The biggest downside was that it would peg the CPU at 100% utilization at times and we would have to tweak the configuration a bit and run scripts to resolve the issue.

FireEye replaced Symantec that we had used prior that relied heavily on signature based detection. Our symantec was not robust enough to help us clean up our system and the ransomware actually removed it from our machines to infect them. FireEye was able to demonstrate that we have entirely removed the bad actors from our system through the machine learning and behavioral anaylsis of processes running in our environment.

Reporting feature is very granular, Protection from new and unknown threats (however this results is some false positive also)

FireEye have never been the best customer service(tehnical support). This should be improved

There are multiple ways which can be used to attach a Data center, a small loophole is enough to cause a disaster. with FireEye DCS I can say we are fully covered and not been reported of any breach till now.
