Being honest, this company has been amazing to deal with. They are on the ball, Dealing with Mike, and Paul has been such a pleasure over the last several years. You ask, and it is done. No waiting. They also let me know when, and how to improve my site as time goes on. They are always trying to make my site the best it can be. Firedrum staff is knowledgeable and quick to respond. They have the skill to build and/or redesign a website. FireDrum helps with more than just large tasks, but is there even for simple questions and I never feel like I am wasting their time. Their platform has helped us create high quality e-mail content quickly by allowing me to save templates or start a new email by using an already sent email as the starting point. That means that I never have to start from scratch or can send repeat emails with a few edits.

I have found the FireDrum Team to be very responsive to my inquires. You can always get to speak to a real person during business hours. If they need to investigate a matter, they tell you when they will get back to you and they do it with a complete response.

It's very easy to use. I like the big amount of pictures they have. I also like the email studio.

It's a little confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it , it gets better.

We use it to send advertisements out to old and new customers.
