FinFloh is solving our collections and cash application issues that we have had in the past. While its too early to measure results but I am confident that in the long run this is going to be extrenely beneficial for our organization.

I am able to manage all my recievables data under a single solution. It has completely removed our team's need to switch between tools to arrive at a particular conclusion or decision. The dashboard is very intuitive and self explanatory, so getting used to the solution was very easy.

Nothing that I have come across so far. Will add later if required.

It has helped me prioritize my customers better by segemting them into different risk buckets. It keeps a track of all my customer reach outs thus easing my task of focusing on what matters for the business which is getting the money in time.

No doubt they are very fast in terms of their integration capabilities. the entire process was super easy and well-structured. A lot of our manual data handling and reporting has been eliminated, our analysts have more time to focus on things that add to the bottom line.

It's very early to comment on this, as of now I am happy with this solution.

Would recommend a personalized dashboard view filters for a user. Rest all is perfect

Finfloh is helping us streamlining our postpaid collections. Their customized reminder workflows has been impressive. We used to manually call and remind our customers for payments which is no longer needed.

Super easy to get started and use. Our entire invoice managment starting from delivery to disputes management happens over FinFloh. Has been very instrumental in strengthening our collection efforts.

Reports page can have more options and functionalities.

Nothing to dislike. But A suggestion or recommendation tab could be added for new features which could be added.

I no longer rely on sheets and multiple sources of data for collection efforts, majority of tasks are automated and I just focus on the most critical acounts which has given a big boost to our cash flows.

We went live very quickly. Team could easily use the product from day 1. I really like the detailed reports and analytics.

Maybe they can add a payables solution as well
