"The best inventory management tool for multichannel ecommerce"

What do you like best about Finale Inventory?

I've been using Finale for about 3 years and with 2 different businesses of varying SKU complexity. They integrated seamlessly with Amazon, Shopify, and Ebay. The average cost features and customizable reporting make my life so much easier.

What do you dislike about Finale Inventory?

The FBA integration needs some improvement but there's constantly making improvements and I expect to see that improved soon.

Accurate COGS, inventory management, bundling/kitting.

What do you like best about Finale Inventory?

Finale makes it easy to get a clear picture of what product we have in stock, on order, or are out of. Being able to move inventory around or correct errors with a few clicks saves us a lot of time.

What do you dislike about Finale Inventory?

Invoicing and financial reporting has improved somewhat since we began using the program in 2016, but it would be nice to be able to replace our current invoicing program with Finale.

Finale allows us to accurately list and sell products without worrying about lead time or current stock.

What do you like best about Finale Inventory?

They offer a complete inventory solution with integrations to all the software I need. Their customer service is world-class. They are quick to help and all the customer service people are very knowledgable.

What do you dislike about Finale Inventory?

Nothing really. Like everything else there is a learning curve.

What problems is Finale Inventory solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wih Finale we are able to keep track of a complicated inventory, with many products in different sizes and variations and keep inventory levels synched across multiple sales channels.

The best thing about Finale Inventory is that it integrates directly with Finale 3D

I think that it could be slightly lower priced if you have been using it for long periods of time.

The ability to select products from a live stock list in finale 3D and in turn create picking lists and locations direct in finale inventory

"Great Inventory Software"

What do you like best about Finale Inventory?

We are still onboarding with Finale, but so far the customer service and training available has been next level. Even during the free trial they spent a lot of time helping us get to know what the software was capable of. I would highly recommend trying it out for your company. It's only been a few days and it's already saving us money!

What do you dislike about Finale Inventory?

Nothing yet. Will add anything if we find anything.

What problems is Finale Inventory solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have solved our biggest issues of syncing inventory across Shopify, Amazon and Quickbooks.

One of the best out there

One of the best out there. Great support. Wish they had complete product push but maybe one day. Updates inventory and other data if you want it to, multi site and multi store. Support really tries to help.

"Flexibile Inventory Management System/Fantastic Team"

What do you like best about Finale Inventory?

Babylist's e-commerce has never fit a traditional model, and we had a really hard time finding an Inventory Management System that met our needs. Finale was the first one - we used two and evaluated a dozen - that fit our exact needs and integrated with the other tools used. It was also extremely easy for our engineering team to work with Finale's APIs to continue to automate/improve our warehouse operations. This was all supported by a fantastic account manager (hi, Mike!), who took a ton of time to help us really understand how Finale worked, and provided us with extremely fast support. Overall adopting Finale was a big part of scaling our ecommerce operations these last couple years.

What do you dislike about Finale Inventory?

Initial data loading can be slow at times (for us it's a big data set). This is something the team is aware of and made huge improvements in during our first year using Finale.

What problems is Finale Inventory solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a flexible inventory management system that we could fit into our polyglot e-commerce system. It was the only system that met all of our requirements. Everything else was too big/required too much lock in with a specific vendor and couldn't accommodate at least one of our requirements. Finale was the only one that met all our needs.

After searching for so long, I was finally able to find the best software for my business.

PROS: Finale Inventory is a wonderful platform that does a lot of things for the business. From sales, inventory, and pricing you name it, they've got it. The best thing I like about the product is its capability to create barcodes that I attach to my products. Plus it also comes with a product scanner that is not available in other apps.

CONS: Some features are not that consistent like the barcode scanner. There are days that it works fine, but most days it won't work on my laptop. Also, for me to produce/print product labels, I have to declare that I have received the items on my end, which I hate doing.

"Finale Finaly"

What do you like best about Finale Inventory?

I like that you can print barcodes for all items on a purchase order, I also like the mobile/barcode scanner app.

What do you dislike about Finale Inventory?

I dislike having to fake receive all the items on shipment to print out labels for them. I also don't like that you can't use a barcode scanner with the computer version really.

Recommendations to others considering Finale Inventory:

The UI isn't as user-friendly as some I've tried it's got good bones and has a lot of good features.

We are solving all of our inventory problems with Finale Inventory.
