For many years we use Filestage and we get very good feedback from our costumers that it is a easy tool to use

a advantage is that we can work fast with the comment from our costumers.Just a little side-note: The upgrade of Filestage was not necessarily an improvement

Easy to use, very intuitive and has great applications. I wish i can use other programs to link to file stage.

i wish i can have the app on my phone, i can access it by web but an app would be ideal.

What do you like best about Filestage?

All comments are complied together in one place where they are easily trackable. No more messy email chains searching for who said what and when. The review process is much more streamlined and review teams can work together before requesting changes.

What do you dislike about Filestage?

It is a little hard to review websites that are in the staging process. The formatting doesn't transfer over correctly sometimes so it doesn't give you an accurate display of the website. Makes it hard for detailed reviews and tweaks to be conveyed.

Disorganized review process. We can streamline reviews and have all of our projects organized into one place. Easy to switch back and forth from item to item and compare past versions.

The visibility of stakeholder feedback, version tracking and interactive commenting capability. It also ends the hassle of chasing by email.

Encryption of videos can take really long sometimes.

It sometimes randomly takes a long time for even small files to upload, without much reason. But for the most part, works well.

Nothing. Everything works really well. Might be good to add some kind of writing editing ability.

I love how you can classify the projects.

Sometimes it logged off for no reason. I logged in at the beginning of the day and had to log in again a few hours later.

"Perfect solution for remote/global design collaboration"

What do you like best about Filestage?

It's so easy to leave comments on the right part or timestampe of any creative (video, audio, img). Love the flexibility of being able to draw arrows, circles, etc around areas and leave feedback. User interface is nice

What do you dislike about Filestage?

Wish I could hit a button to download a piece of creative without having to open it up.

What problems is Filestage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Filestage, I would give feedback with some combination of Slack, Asana, Email, Google Docs comments, or getting on a Zoom/Slack call. What a headache for a designer and very inefficient way to log feedback and manage changes. Now, my designer (who is across the world and works opposite time zone) uploads creative, I drop feedback, and it reduces the amount of revisions significantly.
