What I like the most about filehold is it's functionality. It eliminates the burden of compiling files compared to the traditional paper filing.

For some users it is difficult to set up. and the manual uploading of documents to keep seems to be a tedious job to do.

Nowadays, I do not have to print all the documents that I needed for my job. I can be more productive with the help of filehold. Also, since it is accessible anytime I can easily pull out or see any type of document that I needed.

We looked at over 10+ document management systems during our discovery phase to find the best solution. Hands down, FileHold was the clear winner in terms of functionality, scalability, and pricing.

In particular, the meta data customization/capture, workflow management, OCR scanning, Microsoft Office integration, and robust search capabilities shine above other tools we looked at in this space. On top of this, the user interface is very intuitive, allowing for seemless user adoption.

We did not see any real downside for FileHold. If anything, because of all the features available, the challenge would be to fully leverage the functionalities available.

The organized document storage, version control, automated workflows, security, search capabilities, integration, compliance support, user-friendly interface, and customization options of FileHold Document Management Software are recognized features. It enables users to handle papers effectively, work together, and uphold openness across many industries. However, tastes can differ, so it's critical to consider whether FileHold meets particular company demands before selecting it.

The only downside i have for this is some users for being complicated to set up and put into use, particularly for smaller businesses with limited IT resources.

Being in the administrative side of the business, Filehold is heaven sent as our tasks are paper and data heavy. Not only it eliminates the bulk of traditional filing, it is super convenient and boosts productivity.

I guess there is always room for improvement. Perhaps in the future Filehold could use some upgrading and innovation but as it is now, filehold is enough especially for someone like me who is used to traditional filing.

I conduct recruitment and selection for the company. Having to deal with lots of Curriculum Vitae leaves me in a sea of papers and documents. Filehold relieves me of that burden and provides instant access, document tracking, etc

I guess it would be the tedious task of having to upload documents again and again but no tool would be effective without human input. And once you have done the hard part, the easy one comes next

It is cost efficient. I do not have to print most of the files. Nowadays applicants provide soft copies of their CVs. With filehold i can organize my files by directly uploading instead of scanning first.

With the FileHold client, users are able to hit the ground running with little or no training. After a short period, users canwork much more efficiently by using automation features and workflows. Loosing files is eliminated. FileHold has delivered huge efficiency gains for my clients.

In some cases, setting up advanced searches can get complicated.

Managing documents and emails lifecycle is much more efficient. Using FileHold as a base for most of the companies automation, AP and Order processing has become much more efficient. When configured as customer facing, support issues have been greatly reduced.

What I like most about Filehold is how easy it is to understand and use due to its simplicity. It is very convenient to have.

Like any technology or tool filehold can take some time for beginners to grasp. But with a helpful administrator and its sheer simplicity, Filehold is one of the easiest tools to master

Not to mention, FileHold not only saves and preserves our documents, but also manages the workflow for document reviews and approvals and many other needs.

Really, I don't see any downsides in FileHold document management software. It is true that we may have customers who will think that some features of FileHold do not work properly, but this is due to the fact that these features have not been enabled or properly configured. So I think that a good configuration of the software with the help of customers according to their real needs will help solve all these doubts about the software.

FileHold helps me to have full control over all my documents, it helps me not to waste time looking for a document. It equally helps the company where I work to reduce expenses made on ink and paper when printing documents, due to its workflow, business managers and employees can easily initiate tasks on their documents for reviews and approvals.

I have been a dedicated user and implementer of FileHold software for a considerable number of years. It has remarkable value as a document management solution.

From the onset, FileHold's ability to transform how users handle documents was apparent. Working with the FileHold team is straight forward and their service is exemplary.

I can't say there are many, if any at all, downsides to using the software. It does exactly what it was designed to do and does it well for a great price point. There are some features I would like to se implemented in future releases, however.
