What do you like best about Fielo?

Fielo greatly contributes to our business in accomplishing our desired objectives, as it enables us to manage our incentives and loyalty program more efficiently.

What do you dislike about Fielo?

Configuring promotions/rules with different SKUs may be challenging due to repetitve process.

What do you like best about Fielo?

Fielo is a complete CRM with all the necessary elements to customize, segment, incentive and reward your customers. All-in-one software with great capabilities.

What do you dislike about Fielo?

As an administrator, you need some time to get familiar with the platform UX. Especially if you dont have experience in Salesforce previously.

What problems is Fielo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Points and reward generation. Segmentation and customization of discounts and promotions. Database management. Synchronized communication platform.

What do you like best about Fielo?

The portal offers us an uncomplicated experience in terms of reports generation.

What do you dislike about Fielo?

I believe the size of some files, which leads to a long waiting time; sometimes we even have to refresh the web page.

What problems is Fielo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fielo allowed us to connect with the distributors’ dealers, resellers and service representatives. Consequently, it helped us strengthen and keep the company's relationship with its indirect resellers.

What do you like best about Fielo?

The Fielo team have been brilliant since starting our journey with them. They truly care about understanding and delivering our requirements. We use Fielo to support our customer advocacy program both from a front-end and back-end perspective and it allows us to create different types of activity engagement for them. If you know Salesforce, then Fielo is very easy to use and is configurable to how you want it to be. There's loads more we can do with it! Also, I like that it's native to Salesforce as that's our source of truth. Big shout out to Sergio for all his support during and post-implementation. Latest version of the platform is great, love the UI and I look forward to further improvements!

What do you dislike about Fielo?

I would say building new incentives (for front & back end) can be time-consuming but perhaps that will speed up with more practice. Perhaps the slight issue of a language barrier at times but no biggy because the job got done well.

What problems is Fielo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Supporting loyalty and advocacy management primarily. It's given us a program to incentivise our customers to take part in advocacy and reward them when doing so, while also creating an engaging front-end experience that is connected and accessible via our own product (through SSO) meaning no additional login and a seamless experience for our customers.

What do you like best about Fielo?

The ease of integration with our company's sales system, Salesforce, and the countless possibilities for customizing the product are noteworthy. The prices were fair and appealing.

What do you dislike about Fielo?

So far, there is nothing to declare. The features and functionality of the tool have exceeded our needs exceptionally well. I don't see any possibilities for improvement in the tool.

Fielo has contributed to our company by providing a functional system that meets a wide range of strategic and operational needs.The performance of our loyalty area has significantly improved with the assistance of the tool.

What do you like best about Fielo?

We use FIELO to administer a dealer loyalty program. It sorts through an array of data and track inventory / sale numbers as they relate to the program. When the accounts and information are properly set up by the sales team, the process works very well.

What do you dislike about Fielo?

The process requires all the paperwork from the field sales reps to be correct and up to date. If that doesnt' happen, there are many manual corrections that need to be made by the administrator and the data analysts, leading to weeks worth of manual correlations. If the sales team doesn't input their records correctly, it makes administering the program time-consuming and laborious.

What problems is Fielo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rewarding businesses that sell our products with rebates / rewards.

Fielo is powerful and helps me a lot in the settings, allowing multiple selections of criteria, but this ends up making it difficult when changing rules when we have a complex configuration, as it causes excessive work

has developed a powerful engine to allow configuring and automating a loyalty program, it does this in a way that allows us to gain performance in the development and configurations of campaigns allowing the creation of new incentives without the need for the development team, making me able to have more scale and better meet the deadlines and expectations of our customers

What do you like best about Fielo?

FIELO LMS is a great tool to connect with retailers, educate them about products and award them points for their efforts. The best thing about FIELO is it's continuously improving and enhancing!

What do you dislike about Fielo?

Every great tool has some downsides. FIELO team should be more careful during release to avoid impactful issues. Enhanced Reports can help analysts/admins to understand and help run the business smoothly.

What problems is Fielo solving and how is that benefiting you?

FIELO has solved so many issues for us over the past few years. One of them is the Leaderboard, which helped us massively improve retailer engagement. FIELO summer release came with some great widgets, and we are excited about them.

What do you like best about Fielo?

It's a great platform to manage our loyalty program, including the two variations and multiple segments. The reports are such a valuable tool for tracking KPIs. And the Fielo people are responsive and communicative.

What do you dislike about Fielo?

There are some limitations on customizing customer-facing pages, such as being unable to put promotions and rewards in a specific order.

What problems is Fielo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fielo is helping us track and reward our loyal customers, leading to more customer engagement and retention. It allows me to easily pull together reports and KPIs to better manage our loyalty program.
