FieldPulse replaced our other field management software. It is comprehensive and has reduced all the patforms we were using to one easy tool. The customer service responds within a few minutes to answer questions about the platform. The app is so nice! The cusomter support knows their software and has been a great help through this process.
I wouldn't call it a dislike, but it has been a little overwhelming learning where everything is and how to find it. As the person setting everything up for our company, it can feel a little daunting. But the customer support is what has helped me the most. They are very knowledgeable about their platform and how to find what you need. They are readily available to answer any questions I have had.
We can do quotes, invoicing, scheduling and customer communictions through the software. It is also a great management tool for the 10 technicians we have on staff.
Very easy to use. I have used other services such as jobber and this was a very good and straight forward system that I liked more. Tyler was very helpful to me and got me taken care of. 10/10 recommend

I recently switched from another company HouseCall Pro to FieldPulse and they are amazing. My account rep Holly is on top of her game and is always in contact with me to make sure everything is working properly and if I need anything. I highly recommend using this company as their product is very user friendly and the customer services is top notch.
The only TV ing is dislike about this product is there is way to many options to do the same thing and it can be slightly confusing. Plus you have to manually send each invoice after they have paid, if you are using an outside payment processor.
This is making my business run smoothly with scheduling, invoicing, and communicating with clients through phone and text, as well as email notifications.
FieldPulse is very easy to use and has a good flow from start to finish. Implementation was easy and customer support has been very responsive. I'm using all of the FP add ons and a few of the third party add ons and the integration has been seamless.
I'm mostly disappointed that forms, checklist, contracts, and agreements are not an integrated feature. Having to build these in another software and then import it is tiresome. I wish this would be updated. FP doesn't integrate with CompanyCam, this would be a great addition.
FP does all of our day to day operations very well.
I like the simplicity of the program itself. Is very user friendly, you can do so much within the program. The customer support is extremely fast if you have questions, and they walk you through the process with screen shots. It's Great!

It allows us to go from using several different programs to doing it all with one.
We are currently in the process of onboarding with FieldPulse and so far, the service has been stellar! It is a bit different from what we are currently used to in a CRM, but I am confident that the program will do what we need!
It would be nice if you could view more than one page at a time like with previous CRM's I have used. Where you can right click and open in a new tab so you can toggle between two pages. That would probably be my biggest dislike so far.

It's never fun to switch CRMs, however FieldPulse was the easiest transition ever. When I am confused, have questions, or feel like something could be improved upon, FieldPulse is responsive, patient, and hears my requests. This company is awesome. I am only a month into using it and I love it more every single day!
Wish each item could have a dedicated photo that shows up on the estimate. But, I hear that is being worked on!
Easier to create estimates and keep track of all client notes, photos, documents, etc. Amaxing to be able to get rid of multiple programs and replace them with one.. Field Pulse!! Better communication with clients, and better internal communications between our company team members and departments.
I find Fieldpulse to be a very easy to use application. The customer support and on boarding process is phenomenal. The features they offer are unmatched. there is no comparison to previous CRM's. I have used when it comes to Fieldpulse.
So far, I have not found anything about fieldpulse that I do not like.
Fieldpulse offers a single place to manage my business, customers, job, flow, and Communications. I think that now I'm using fieldpulse, my performance will be increased exponentially
