What do you like best about FieldFX?

Communicating between the office managers and the whole team. We like being able to communicate on the road.

What do you dislike about FieldFX?

Not getting a good signal sometimes. but still able to use it on the go. other than that the software is great

What problems is FieldFX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating a liaison between office managers and the whole team. Able to reach out to all of the team at one moment.

What do you like best about FieldFX?

Implementation of FieldFX has been incredible. The personalization of the platform to be able to work on our unique business has been priceless!

What do you dislike about FieldFX?

So far we haven't had any major dislikes. Every obstacle had been worked through and solutions created.

What problems is FieldFX solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Field FX to electronically link contracts, to Field operations, to accounting and will eventually incorporate scheduling and dispatching.

"Field Ticketing Simplified"
What do you like best about FieldFX?

Native SFDC mobile field ticketing that makes it easy for oilfield end users to capture and return data. This product will change multiple departments within any company that implements.Field FX. Cross functional teams will do best when implementing because the breadth is so wide.

The implementation forces you to look at the entire process of operations and back end office functions and allows for them to be optimized during implementation.

What do you dislike about FieldFX?

There isn't anything to dislike about this app except no built in mobile device management for the fleet of mobile devices required.

Recommendations to others considering FieldFX:

Do the demo, get it set up and try it out. It will revolutionize multiple departments within your organization.

What problems is FieldFX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Moved all paper operations to electronic which speeds up time to cash as well as decreases back end processing.

What do you like best about FieldFX?

The features that come along with the program.

Glitching at first. It takes about 2-3 minutes to load the entire application once logged in.

Faster production, smoother run-times. FieldFX is extremely convenient.

about e-ticketing : automatic fully response, free-worried ticket process, that's make fieldFX good partner for business, comes with friendly interface, good interaction with personnel and invoice. and also document can attach offline and online whenever we need.

What do you dislike about FieldFX?

a little bit about promotion, good partner should promote more and more, yes g2crowd one of them.

good managing contract and invoice, even attachment can be offline for future references

we don't need to managed by our self about managing invoicing with personnel, all in one feature, e-ticketing, and attachment can be attach even we are in offline, just need to waiting for connection and all is done

I believe the best pro for FieldFX is the versatility.

What do you dislike about FieldFX?

Out of the box, the product lacks features that would be beneficial to the targeted industry. While the Salesforce platform is relatively easy to work with, there are limitations that wouldn't be present in a custom platform.

Recommendations to others considering FieldFX:

Clearly define your expectations and requirements prior to deciding on this software and before implementing. Involve both business and technical resources in the contract process for a clearly defined statement of work. Additionally, build resources for regular maintenance and administration into your business case and budget.

What problems is FieldFX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Consistency, tracking, and organization of work orders and billing for field tickets. The largest benefit is the visibility and accuracy of the data.
