App GUI & userfrienliness. It is very easy to use all functionality-wise options which are provided in the Field EZ app.
I mostly like all the features and workflow-wise functionalities but some times records are not showing if seeing for the team member. But after syncing, it gets visible.
We have customized all the workflows as per our business needs and it is working fully as per that in Field EZ App. We are getting status of each customer call logs and it is realy helpful for us to understand the current status of the calls.
