"Good Application to Manage Field Service"
What do you like best about FieldEquip?

The application has advanced level of features that helps to manage field service operations in a complete way.

User interface is easy to us for newbies also. Overall, a good application for FSM.

What do you dislike about FieldEquip?

Using this application from last couple of weeks. Did not find any issue aa of now.

What problems is FieldEquip solving and how is that benefiting you?

FieldEquip solves field service related issues like field crew scheduing, inventory management, technician timekeeping and helps to improve the overall FSM process.

What do you like best about FieldEquip?

FieldEquip can access all kinds of information in one spot. The efficiency for customers and field service operations to save time. Create, assign, edit, and update services to field personnel, notifying field service workers instantly.

What do you dislike about FieldEquip?

I haven't found anything i dislike about FieldEquip.

What problems is FieldEquip solving and how is that benefiting you?

We could create a work order, schedule, take notes, track and invoice our client base easily.

What do you like best about FieldEquip?

FieldEquip has drastically changed our company and helped us streamline the process to become more efficient. Field operations are much easier than other products we have seen.

Overall we had a great experience with FieldEquip' field service software.

What do you dislike about FieldEquip?

Nothing now. In the beginning,we had a few glitches but now we love that the software is cloud based and we can access it from anywhere ( online and offline)

What problems is FieldEquip solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, work- order requirements, customer organization, etc. For field technician, it is easy to find items.

What do you like best about FieldEquip?

FieldEquip's inspection and compliance module is the best. We are using it for almost a year and manging all our safety compliance through this.

What do you dislike about FieldEquip?

App needs to add more inbuilt integrations.

What problems is FieldEquip solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are into fire and safety industry. For us, product inspection and compliance is more important than any other thing. FieldEquip solves our compliance issues and helped us managing all the compliance and safety measures in the field.

What do you like best about FieldEquip?

We have been using FieldEquip for two years now. Its field staff scheduling feature is very beneficial for our managers. We can choose the right field technicians based on their skills and dispatch them to the customer location, which helps us save many working hours.

What do you dislike about FieldEquip?

Managers need to do some sort of training before getting the complete benefit of this software.

What problems is FieldEquip solving and how is that benefiting you?

FieldEquip is a field service software management solution. However, we are using the scheduling and dispatching function majorly. Earlier, we were facing clashes between the resource allocations, after using FieldEquip, we can efficiently allocate the resources for the field Jobs.

What do you like best about FieldEquip?

The integration options are very good. We integrated our accounting software with FieldEquip to make sure proper invoices are coming.

This software has good capability to sync contracts with the work order which is helpful for a service based company.

What do you dislike about FieldEquip?

Mobile app is very good but their team needs to work on web portal more. Overall a good software for field operations and back office operations. Pricing is a bit high however features are good in the price range.

What problems is FieldEquip solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were missing the invoices and sometimes send invoices later to our clients which was affecting our revenue performance. After syncing with FieldEquip, the process streamlines ad auto generate the invoices.

Second, our earlier data present in accounting software is completely safe as it is available over cloud now.
