Not integrated software..it's not like advanced software and not much customer care support for any issues

The biggest problem with fielda we need a more customized program. Right now for 99% of our service orders are classified as other.. Now, if I need to find a service order i cannot filter out hundreds of service orders. Customer names can take years to be updated. Fielda has to do a better job of customizing to there individual customers. or give the customer access to customizing on there own to suit there needs.

Solved the problem of collecting data on paper, Hassle-free data collection via an app that is available both on android and IOS.
Fielda is easy to use and deploy. The GIS integrations are excellent. Fielda allows me at add GIS lmap layers and integrates with NiSC and ESRI products. Customizing the data collection forms makes changes in my process easy.

Fielda is simple to use and deploy as well. The GIS connections work really well. I can combine Fielda with ESRI and NiSC products while also adding GIS map layers. It's really simple to make adjustments to my process by customizing the data collection forms.
Overall pretty good, but not nearly as user-friendly as other company's mapping software.
