The most helpful feature about Field Nation is the flightboard, it make a job for person very easy to check the work orders, schedule and location at the very same time.

Some of things which I will not say I don't like it but improvements can be done, like Field Nation is being used by a large number of user so sometimes there's a bug issue or crash in the server just ruins the work flow so in that Field Nation really needs to work on, except for that I feel it's a very helpful app.

I work as a tech dispatcher on Field Nation so it help me to connect with experienced technicians and check their profile which help us to select the best available technician in the locality.

Some areas does not as many technicians in specific states.

It is providing us with the availability to service in many areas of the country.

We are usually able to find a tech the same day that has the skills we need. We spend a good bit of money with them every month, and I feel like it is a great value.

Sometimes the techs are listed with skills they do not have.

Having techs in areas where we do not have our own interal techs.

I love the ease of use and the ability to quickly and effeciently get a highly skilled contractor on-site right away. I use it every week to offer support to our clients that we cant easily access. This can be across the state or even in other states.

Field nation is an easy way to connect with highly skilled talent. What is difficult though is there is quite often users that havent done work recently. Because of this, routing can take time if you do not simply publish your work order. There should be a process to remove or pause users that are not active.

It is an easy system to use, that makes it super simple to find techs nation wide. It's search functions work well, and the tech rating systems are invaluable to our company.

Sometimes there are occasional glitches with the system, but they are usually resolved quickly. Occasionally it can be difficult to get resolution to issues with bad technicians who did poor work on site, or abandoned site etc.

Field Nation directly solves our issue of finding a nationwide workforce to visit sites for our clients, and perform work on site. Sustaining a permanent, nation-wide work force is not a viable option for us, so Field Nation is a perfect solution for that.
