There is nothing I dislike about this product

We have used this for the predictive analytics of our customers with their investment patterns. We have gained lot of insights about the customer interest and position products accordingly

Pretty much everything, it'a quality product from start to end.

I think that even though it's near perfect, there's always room for improvement. For example, the UI could be more easy to learn.

It is one of the leading analytics tool to determine consumer behavior which is why we chose to use it. It uses Big Data which is becoming an industry standard now and for a big sized company like ours, it is one of our requirment to analyze large amounts of data

No major disadvantages found till now, it has great support and help available but i would prefer video based help and haven’t found that plenty.

We are trying to analyze the consumer behavior while shopping at at websites and then offer similar products in the shopping flow. We also want to predict the common issues faced by our customers during shopping flow and solve it to make customer experience better.

The best thing about this app is how easy it is to work with. You just add the data, a little magic happens and bam! you have exactly what you were looking for.

I cant say there is something I don't like about this app. At first I had a little problem getting used to the menus. Anyway, once you know how to get what you want, there is nothing that can stop you from using the app. I remember the first time I actually used it. At first I was kinda sceptical about it but then it actually showed me some information I never even thought about.

Would recommend definitely !
