The visual dashboard is a huge quality of life improvement and every aspect of Ollie ops/order makes my day-to-day life as a Brewer much simpler.

If a error is made in assigning a tank to a brew day, it's a pain to transfer the correct brew task to the corresponding tank.

Keeping up with inventory, logging past brew days/logs to reference, and mostly giving a visual reference of what and where everything is. It also has a huge benefit of maintaining continuity amongst our brew staff so that no one feels in the dark about about what needs to be done and we can all view most anything in relation to fermentation and product status.

I like the visual aspect of seeing everything that is in the tanks, adding to do items and being able to schedule things out. Does come with a slight learning curve, but the customer service and the introduction meetings help make the process super easy!

I can't yet import ingredients or things without hand keying in each required field. I'm sure it's something I'm not understanding, or my computer being ancient.

Allowing me to schedule out a brew day and being better about recording brew day logs as I go along. I also look forward to the TTB reporting feature next quarter.

Checking accounts, prospects, and searching for stores within a defined geography helps generates target lists. Billing customers from my home after confirming delivery with my 3pl helps me bill in a timely way for their books and our revenue!

I have yet to identify a downside. My peers use it and introduced me to it saying that it is what I needed, and they were right.

Timely billing ensures accounts pay on time. Live inventory, from raw materials to WIP to cans and kegs help provide a real view of what is going on in the business, no matter where I am.

The ease of use. Once the inventory of everything is in place we for the first time had the ability to track all raw materials and packaging materials. In the past this was done through spreadsheets and things get forgotten and you run out. Ollie has helped fixed this.

I have the hardest time with new batch numbers when packaging. Having inventory of the same product under multiple batch/lot numbers is something we have been using.

Physical inventory is the biggest thing. Building a product so that when it is packaged it removes everything from inventory, brite cans, labels, carriers. Getting the alerts when you need to order helps to never run short on anything.

The biggest upsides to using Ollie are the reports. After you have all of your ingredients and additives programmed in, the ability to track your costs across multiple vendors is priceless. I also really enjoy the variety of reports you can run to keep track of your brewery's analytics.

One thing I think could be improved about Ollie is the packaging runs. For bottling/canning, it seems pretty robust, but for kegs, one improvement that could be made is adding a provision for keg tracking. As a brewery that fills by weight and tracks by keg number, a way to track this within Ollie would let my brewery give up pen and paper almost entirely.

Ollie is solving our issues relating to cost of goods tracking. With the inflation we've seen in recent years, it has been hard to track exactly what it costs to make our products. Also, with two brewers now on our team, it helps in communication between them to coordinating brewing and cleaning schedules.

I love having everything related to production in one place. With a quick glance I can check our inventory (both finished product and ingredients) or browse recipes and see what our brew schedule is

While Ollie does work on mobile, it is not laid out in a readable fashion. Certain pages require moving the phone to landscape in order to navigate screens. Everything else about Ollie is amazing

Providing a single place to input data and be able to reference valuable metrics. It has streamlined much of the production planning process at my brewery. I no longer have to check 17 different programs/logins in order to get an overview of the business, I can simply check Ollie

Love having inventory for all warehouses available in real time. Preselling and allocating products to our accounts and distributors has helped us keep from overselling product and cut down our inventory mistakes. Also love the time we save on invoicing and routing each day. Helps to get our team out the door quicker and to make more deliveries throughout the day. Being able to mark deliveries that have occurred in real time helps keeps sales reps up to speed on what's happening when needed.

A small issue I have is that when you adjust the delivery date after an order has been accepted, the due date (for net 30 accounts does not adjust automatically). Also, it can occasionally be difficult to find certain accounts while searching for them in the new order pull down menu.

Efficiency and inventory control. We have beer stored in multiple locations so having accurate inventory is extremely important to us. They also have helped streamlining our invoicing and routing for deliveries.

I like how integrations into our daily operations are founded in common-sense from a brewers perspective. If i want to do something, I just click and choose the appropriate function and enter my data. If I need to re-work something, the process is easy and there isn't as much double backing like in other softwares I've used in the past.

The initial setup is a large undertaking. There are times that what something is accounting for that isn't noticed until later. The inability to break cases into 4-packs is also a challenge. Would love for this to sync with our taproom POS system to help manage taproom sales easier.

The amount of time spent tracking gravities on the beer and tank management. Using the software frees me up to do more work away from paperwork or the computer. I spend maybe 30 minutes on my computer on Ollie each day whereas with other softwares it was a significant portion of my day.

Ollie is great for inventory management and for knowing what we have on hand. Invoicing works pretty solid as well when we invoice distributors. Would be even more useful if we self distributed, but still good for using distributors.

Sometimes clunky going from Ollie ops to Ollie Order. I think it's a little cumbersome on the staff with that. Should be easier. I don't need QB integration, so if that is slowing us down, need to push through a cleaner integration sans QB connection.

We had a big problem with ekos and their clunkiness. Ollie has been better on most fronts. It helps us keep track of inventory fairly well which is our main use. Invoice distro as well. That is most of what we use it for.

Simplistic design is user friendly. It's easy to understand and integrate into current processes. It isn't overloaded with details or modules that the vast majority of breweries won't ever need.

There are occasional redunancies when it comes to creating/ordering/adjusting items in inventory. The only thing I'm having consistent confusion about is yeast harvesting/repitching.

Ollie is great for tracking inventory and scheduling production. It's great for keeping all information in one spot - raw ingredient and finshed goods inventory, beer recipes as well as individual batches. It makes it easy to review what changes were made with every batch of a particular beer.
