I LOVE fellow. My new company introduced me to the platform. It's super easy to write notes and add an agenda to meetings.
Sometimes the notes can get lost, I wish it was a little easier to organize and find notes.
Easy agendas and ntoes for all of my meetings
Fast and easy to use and implement.

Ease of use and implementation. Meeting notes, actions and objectives integrated to work with colleagues and as an individual. Number of features and great support services.
Comments linked to an objective can be a bit clunky and often repeat.

Action Points from meetings and adding as an indivdual to organise and prioritise
Measuring progress with Company objectives
I really like it can become the go-to space for meetings. Great for keeping track of agenda/talking points, meeting notes, and action items.
I have yet to figure out how to take full advantage of all the features Fellow offers, and managing action items (if not actioned in a timely manner) can become a bit overwhelming.
Before Fellow agenda/meeting notes lived in so many different places (Google Calendar Invite, Google Doc, Notion etc.), having one source of truth is very helpful.
Fellow has two major benefits for companies with a remote-meetings culture:
1. Capture notes and action items immediately without having to set something up
2. Integrate with ongoing meeting workflow, so continuity emerges
If you have meetings, and you ever think, "what did we agree on?", then consider using Fellow and practice capturing the details immediately and fluidly.
You must lean in and coach people to get them to commit to using the tool.
At every meeting, ask, "Does everyone have Fellow open?" as a first step.
Once people see the notes emerging in real time, they will understand and begin to commit.
Capturing meeting details in real time. Solves the problem of missed action items.
Great AI features to record meeitngs.
I love how all the notes are shared in either an extension for Google Meets or you can access your online dashboard.
They have great templates to get you started ASAP for your meetings. It integrated seamlessly with our Google Calendar.
I wish we should mass reassign talking points. Sometimes I fill out our talking points on the fly and it is difficult to reassign every single bullet to the right person.
Fellow now has an AI integration that records and takes meetingg notes.
Fellow allows us to easily keep track of meeting notes, share them with the team, and run meetings efficiently.
Before meeting notes were hard to share and keep track of.
Now the extension is easy to use and works seamlessly with Google.
Documenting, template facilitation, private notes section
Inability to seach by keyword across all streams/notes
Record keeping is key to HR
For all meetings, follow up, catch up, agenda setting
The desktop constantly needs to be deleted and re-added, the web app is much more reliable.
Meeting outcomes and decisions in one place
It reflects the real-time updates, you see who views and types into it.
It charges fees for more recordings. haha
The efficiency of task management for the team.

Using templates and moving forward open action items and talking points from calls prior is most useful, along with showing the streams from calls prior to keep track of progress and items.
It seems that the OKR section could use a little more fine-tuning, in terms of dashboards and having more custom features. Also, we've had a few instances where when editing a template and savings, some items didn't appear after the save.
