The involvement in creating the survey and questions. Working with an expert who does all of the heavy lifting is great because I can submit my request with full confidence that an expert is building the survey.

The survey results exports could be a lot better. The powerpoint export doesn't have individual answers, but the excel sheet doesn't have the graphical representations.

I need direct feedback from potential recipients of my communications, and feedback loop is able to do so in a secure way without me having to recruit survey responders.

What was most helpful were the phone calls with a Feedback Loop team member. This helped me understand how to use the tools better and how to set up my surveys to deliver the results I was looking for.

Some of the data seemed to be a bit skewed. I think having a tool that helps make sure we are reaching the custom audiences correctly would be helpful. And would allow greater confidence in the survey results.

If there is a way to increase the number of active tests at CIBC that would be great - 3 sometimes hits a cap with the number of tests being submitted by our team. It would also be great to have a filter to see tests that only you've submitted - sometimes it can be hard to find your personal test history in the long list of tests.

We often don't know how well our clients will react to certain ad content, splash page layouts, or design choices. Using feedback loop as a test option before we launch our campaign gives us invaluable insights.
