I've tested many form creation platforms and Feathery is the only one that lets you create conditional fields and steps based on previous answers. This is great and is even greater that this feature is included in the free plan.

It was not obvious that I could use previous values in the form using brackets. If you add a tooltip somewhere explaining that feature it could be great.

It allows you to quickly create very complex forms with no code and many features

Feathery is flexible, powerful, and feature-rich. In addition, the support has been fantastic. They have added features for me and helped me customize forms to fit my requirements.

There is a learning curve, but with the help of their support, all my issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. There isn't really anything I dislike, their team has also taken the initiative to meet with me and ask what features I would like to see on the platform.

I'm using Feathery for all of my lead generation forms, these require logic and various levels of qualification all of which feathery can accomplish.

Enables us to build complex forms (conditionals, options, advanced field types) without code. Then we can integrate with code if we want.

The learning curve for the editor can be steep for non-technical users.

Feathery is solving the problem of having to use valuable engineering time building and updating bespoke forms.

We have our customer onboarding flow with Feathery and using. their webhooks we are able to automate with no code tools most of the operative flows that have an interaction with our users.

The API had some errors, we gave feedback and in less than a day they implemented the fix.

We are able to create a user experience without code that looks like our UI. We use it to automate all the not core business flows that interact with our final user.

The product is fantastic. It's packed full of features and allows you to create forms with complex logic, fields etc. It's also super easy to use and the forms look so slick.

The Feathery team are also super responsive to feature and support requests. Love working with them!

Sometimes can be a little buggy, but the Feathery team are incredibly quick to fix any issues you report to make sure everything works smoothly.

No code survey management implemented in our product and updated to our CMS

Their team is super fast at not just responding to my numerous questions, but putting a fair amount of them straight into development. They've turned around some of my requests on the same day. Not ever experienced anthing like that.

Maybe not as feature rich as some other options, but this is not really a dislike as they're so open and quick at making development requests and updates to make the product more complete.

We use it as a customer intake form and to capture customer testimonials. The forms that are customer-facing are really clean and beautiful, work seamlessly, and are easy to put together thanks to their recent update.
