Thank you very much. Absolutely free service. I had my fax prepped and sent within ten minutes. So many deceptive sites love to boast of free services but always catch you at the end. Faxzero.com is transparent, free and reliable. Thank you for this service!

EASY!!! FAST!!! FREE!!!

So far, so good. Easy to use. The FAX with attachments was delivered timely. I now have to wait until next week to find out if it was legible and acceptable by the recipient. My gut tells me it will be. FaxZero is a Canadian company and they are usually top notch and honest.

Closest and cheapest thing you can get to an actual fax machine. I rate FaxZero HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Optin for the $3 fax so it goes ASAP.

Found Faxzero while searching for free…

Found Faxzero while searching for free faxing solutions and gave it a try. Worked pretty seamlessly. On first use after you have loaded your fax it sends you an email within minutes asking you to "press here to send" which I did. Seven minutes later I received a confirmation email stating it had been successfully sent and accepted by receiver, and included a link to view or print the status of the fax. It worked perfectly and provided everything as advertised for free.
On a side note, before trying Faxzero I looked up the reviews to make sure everything was on the up and up. There were many 5 star ratings I didn't bother with, and went straight to the 1 star ratings, all 3 of them. They each claimed it was a scam and they had to pay or sign up to send the fax. There may have been an option to upgrade to paid service on the page, but it was not required and the page made the "press here to send" button very clear.

Will definitely use it again

After I had deal a few times with eFax…

After I had deal a few times with eFax for my quarterly fax, I did an internet search and came up Faxzero from youtube. It's the best thing. First of all, most of us don't fax every day, a week or a month, and you just want to put in sender and receiver and let it go thru in a second. Faxzero is not only made users easy to use, but their instruction is simple and straight to the point. It's free, yes, it's free if you don't go over 25 pages, and who is going to fax that much unless you have a business. Faxzero makes all our lives easier, it's a Brillion idea I should learn from. I don't mind I donate a dollar each time.

Plus Good Option For The Occassional Fax

What do you like best about FaxZero?

I have plenty of subscriptions for various services and those costs have started to creep on me. Given the level of faxing, I do these days it no longer made sense to me to maintain a Fax subscription as my usage no longer justified the costs. I did however still retain the need for sending the once-in-a-blue-moon fax. I also wanted to use a service that was established and reputable so that my data privacy was not being abused. Having read several online reviews I wound up using faxZero for the occasional fax. In return for being able to send up to a 3 Page fax for free it comes with branding from faxZero on the cover page, fair enough trade-off in my mind. If I have a need, and only once do I remember this, I can also pay to send a fax of greater length and the price is about $2 which is not unreasonable and lets be honest, the convenience factor is nice. No more drives to Kinkos or OfficeDepot

What do you dislike about FaxZero?

There are not a lot of downsides to using the service. If I was needing to fax something of a professional nature like a reference for a job or a resume I would not be keen on sending it through with a branded fax page. It is never been a big deal to me, but there is no cover page designer so if that was something important you will not find it. I would also say, as someone who is pretty careful with Privacy I would not want to send private personal information like medical records as I still am not confident in the security. They do have a fully disclosed Privacy policy online. The information on the retention of Personally Identifiable Information is a little vague. I guess the only other critique is that it is a little bare bones, but hard to complain about it when the service is free.

What problems is FaxZero solving and how is that benefiting you?

The simple answer to this question is that in 2023 I do not do a lot of faxing. So for those occasions when I do find the need to send a fax this service fills the need for me. Also as it is web accessible it does not break my workflow I am able to easily transition from creating a document to sending a fax with minimal effort. This makes the service cost-effective but also easy to use. It also goes without saying that it also precludes the necessity from years back of having a dedicated fax line and the need for a fax machine and of more recent years subscriptions to services like eFax or Fax.

I would have any friends use this excellent and effective faxing service. I think the post office and military should be using it

Quick, Easy and Free faxing

I was able to freely send a fax and in less than 30 minutes, my receiver acknowledged me with a thank you message on the phone....

This was the first fax I've ever sent 😅

I don't have to leave the house or office, just FaxZero it! I use it every time I need to fax something because it's so simple and affordable.

What do you like best about FaxZero?

It makes sending a fax in this technological age so easy and I can usually do it for free. I'd need to fax a bank or a hotel and I never had to think twice about going to an office store or figure out how to use an actual fax machine. Thank goodness for FaxZero!

What do you dislike about FaxZero?

I think it's so easy to use that there's nothing I dislike about it. It does everything I need quickly and efficiently. The emailing back and forth for verification and proof of success is probably what would bug someone out there, but I've used a real fax machine back in the day, and I get it. I don't mind it taking a moment cause that's what it actually takes, a moment to do its thing. No biggie.

What problems is FaxZero solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves having to own or find a fax machine. They're so last century that they're actually hard to find now and only a select few industries and offices still need them. So for this program to make it so easy to send a digital PDF through to pop out of a fax machine on the other end is simply fantastic.
