Our team has used Favro for 4.5 years and has tracked the completion of just over 6,000 tasks through our Favro system. The way we chose Favro was we presented three online task tracking systems to our team that provided the functions we needed. They were all different, but could get the job done. We publish a paper, not games. So, we track lots of stories in different stages assigned to different people. We have added tracking photography prep tracking, layout planning, and file management tracking. The system simplifies our work by using one card that shows up on many boards to track all of the different elements of publishing the story. While other systems could do the same thing, our team chose Favro because of its superior visual interface and ease of use. It is easy to onboard new team members to the system. It fosters collaboration and evaluation of our processes. It keeps all of our stories in play until we publish or kill them. Because we track from idea generation to final file archiving, we can plan several issues in advance with Favro and still stay on focus for what needs doing today. We recommend the system highly for teams working together on an ever-replenishing set of tasks that need to continually move toward completion. Favro makes juggling all the pieces for multiple active projects much easier. We have incorporated new types of boards and automations as Favro has implemented improvements and enhancements. Because of the system's flexibility, we can adapt our process for special events and try new things without losing the core system we've developed. The platform is highly reliable and the Favro team provides superior and responsive support. Our team loves Favro. We don't know what we'd do without it.
The phone app. Favro is best used from a desktop with either a browser window or the desktop app. We have large screen iMacs and attached monitors. The phone android app leaves much to be desired. The strength of Favro is seeing everything at once, visually, and being able to quickly move tasks, adjust loads, plan, and make decisions. The phone app shows only a few cards of a single column. That's not very useful. I only use it to add cards to a column when I'm away. I try to stay away from it because of the frustration - especially moving a card between columns. It's just not as good as a large desktop browser or app window.
Our tasks are stories being published. The journey from idea to publication and file archiving has many steps and includes prepping and using multiple assets. Favro allows us to create one task card for the story and track it through multiple processes related to the various assets involved. We constantly look at many stories in different stages of various processes, all while assigning them to publications that are also at various stages of development. We sought out a tool like Favro because paper and spreadsheets were failing our increasingly complex work. Favro keeps it all organized, visible and managable. Here is a snapshot. Right now I am managing a team working on publishing 132 active stories. New ones are always being added to the list and others are moving out of the list into archives. I know the status of every story's multiple assets, who is working on it and when it is planned for publishing and where in that publication it is planned to appear. But, because of Favro, I will complete two stories today and process 20 images. Favro helps me know that's what our process needs of me, today. Actually, because of Favro, I'm ahead of schedule. We could crash and burn with all of the variables involved. But, we don't - thanks to Favro.
It gives us the facility to organize group meetings from a single place, it offers us a flexible system where we can adapt our process of unique events and activities without losing the central system that we have developed, we can share tasks and information between users and also visualize our flow of work.
There are no specific features to dislike at the moment since this system offers us a real-time collaboration service, making teamwork more fluid; whether we work remotely or in the office, we can also organize any activity automatically through its automatic system that adapts to the needs of the team.
With Favro we can organize and create a flexible view where marketing teams can see daily work and creatives, and the development team can see their backlog. The platform provides superior and responsive support and helps managers drive high-level goals where they can use new, intelligent, time-saving solutions on every task for teams and planning boards, databases, roadmaps, scheduling, and documents.
I had a problem organizing my tasks and sometimes forgetting some of them, so having them in one place is a great solution
also, I get notified if the bug is reponed, also seeing my performance and compare it to other teammates
If someone updates the description on a card, I do not receive a notification, and I get a message when any card to back to recommend column, not just my assigned cards

Time and task Management

It's easy to use and the automated feature added a lot to it. Also, the integration with slack is so helpful.
Making a process flow on Favro is kinda easy and effective for the team.
1- Missing the Dark Mode
---------------------
2-There are no emojis using the Favro from the browser,
It's important for the team to share their feelings through emojis.
---------------------
3- Missing the Backlog cards number
No number that indicates how many cards are in the backlog.
---------------------
4- The card is being moved to the bottom of the backlog but the user needs the card at the top (This is a default desire).
---------------------
5- Unable to edit the pinned card fields (Members/Tags/Timeline)
If you are looking for an easy and effective app for your team and organization, Favro would be your best option.
It will take no time for your team to understand and go with it.
The communication within the team, especially when it comes to assigning tasks to the team and notifying in slack channels.
The automation makes the process and flows easy to use and monitor the progress.
Customizing everything, mobile app, comments, not cutting image size.
When I open the card, the general board opens, not the one on which this card lies. Probably, I can customize this, I don't know.
Collaboration with team and clients, tracking what's done and what must be done.
Its customization. You can do a lot with the favro cards
Not the best place to track bugs, and not a very powerful substitute to something more dedicated to gantts like Smartsheets
It helps with tracking backlog, and understanding what's required from the project on a high level scenario
Easy to toggle between tasks and to move tasks around on-screen. Also it's easy to see comments and notes for individual tasks. The autosave function is also very useful.
Tag notifications from coworkers and ticket issuers can be easily looked over or missed, so reminder emails or pop-ups on-screen while using the site would be helpful.
I work from home with minimal communication from my supervisor, so if something specific needs to be changed on a task, they can leave a comment easily instead of sending emails or calling.
The ability to organize and collaborate on Favor has been game-changing for me and my writing team.
Can't think of anything. Everything has worked really well, there is a bit of a learning curve to using it and some better instruction on how to use it would be helpful.
We've always had trouble on my team organizing our work. We have so many projects and documents that we are working on. Favro makes it easy to organize the work and work on things together.
It's easy to use, intuitive, and it covers everything that my team needs for organizing.
Nothing really, the thing I like about Favro is that it has al the little thing you can think of - tags, colors etc,
Favro helps me have an overview of all the tasks that my team is working on, as well as planning the future of product development.

I truly like the way you can build your own advanced and flexible structure, supporting the way you actually want to work. The ability to put all kinds of information onto cards, use cards on multiple boards, and even have boards in multiple collections, as well as the highly advantageous option of setting up automations makes this the best work organising tool I have ever used.
One thing I do miss, is the ability to set up customised dashboards (reporting cards, collecting info from a selection of boards, visualising trends, etc.) I hope that this is something that will come in the future. It would also be great to integrate Favro even more with other tools, like email (how about an integrated email client?), integrated spreadsheets on cards, etc.
Getting a systematic overview of my work, including cooperation with colleagues.
