There is a lot to remember during Zoom sales meetings. I appreciate having the recorded calls for quality control, but really didn't like having to remember recording to the cloud at just the right time. Record right away and sometimes get a bunch of non-sales time trying to track down the client on email and text. Wait until the person joins the call to record aaaaand forget to hit 'record,' and there goes quality control out the window.

Fathom automates this process, letting me know it's in the waiting room (and therefore Big Brother doesn't have access to my every second on Zoom), reminding me to allow it into the meeting, and then waiting to start the recording until the prospect enters the room.

The only thing I have missed is the opportunity to record oneself during mock calls, but that option is available through Loom or a Zoom subscription, so it's still an option using other apps. Not really a criticism about Fathom, to be honest.

Quality control over: my sales skills, and details the prospect shares with me to accurately share with the rest of the team. I also am able to easily find and replay parts of the calls to glean details.

I feel like fathom does a great job making it easy to analyze financials and quickly generate reports for meetings.

The budgeting feature is new, but I would love to see some changes there. Being able to get totaled profitability in the module would be helpful.

Instead of manually creating reports with excel and cobbling things together, fathom lets me pre-create a template and use actual data to save me hours of time every month.

Ability to customize to the audience. Creates excellent management reports for mid sized companies

A bit hard to customize. Not intuitive. Too much focus on KPI's

Pricing feels it's a little too expensive.

It will take a minute to figure out how Fanthom works. Once you get the handle, it works great.

Ability to present to the Board via visualization, so they understand their financial Health a lot easier
