CRM offers a user interface that could use some improvements it provides features.it has the potential to become more popular and robust.
The lack of features and limited customization options cause challenges. The user interface can feel clunky and not so intuitive.
CRM tackles the problem of customization options. CRM according to their needs it ensures an efficient workflow. This level of customization greatly benefits my organization .
It helps to create the task, Schedule the activity and monitor the performance. It provides the feature of Email integration which helps to sync the emails with customer records. Which helps to make email communication.
There is Nothing to dislike about this software except its User interface. It can be improved a little more.

It is a very good software that allows to plan day to day activities. User interface is easy to use. The most important thing which most of the free CRM software don't have is the simplicity but Fat Free CRM is simple, easy to use and integrate.

It has solved the problem of tracking daily tasks, managing campaigns. It also have a reporting feature that helps to generate reports and we plan our strategies based on the reports.

Great free software to carry out project planning, tasks, activities of the day, week, month. It has a good layout to manage and control everything that is important. We really like to add ideas and then develop them with future meetings.
There are still many features to be added and improved so that the software is 100%. But for now it's great and you can use it functionally very well.
In this tool we have integration and collaboration of several members where everyone can work together, make notes, describe activities, deadlines, objectives. We were also able to generate reports to have greater control over the commercial part.
