Our company finds the most benefit from being able to create custom forms for each of our needs. The customer support with Eddie S. has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. If leadership is reading this, Eddie S. needs a raise and promotion. We have serval unique needs for form flow, delivery, etc. and there has always been an easy way of accomplishing it. Also very excited they have such an open API. Excited about the OneDrive integration.
To date, our company has not had any negative experiences or recommendations.
Allowing our company to move from paper documentation to a cloud-based digital form management system has created a more seamless operation. Information is obtained in a consistent manner and available for our organization immediately after being submitted from the field. This saves a tremendous amount of downtime and allows for a more productive operation.

Customization of forms is hampered by hard-coded design.
I.e. to gather all occurrences of instances of an entry type, I need to add Instance_1, then add instance_2, etc
This would easily be fixed by using an array that captured and displayed all of the instances in a list.
We typically need to handwrite out every occurrence we find on our work shifts.
As well, because they are handwritten, we cannot parse the data from the daily logs to give our clients summarized reviews etc.
FastField is easy to use. I can create and update forms and get them to our field crew immediately. A cliud-based solution is really helpful so our team can access important forms from any device.

You have a lot of flexibility on how you want the forms to look like and function. Good for field service work to get rid of paper reports. Used zoho forms before but it was very cumbersome to use.
When you work on a report on a specific device, you can't open it up on a different one even though it's the same login. Would be nice to have a incremental service report number that you can add.
Organizing forms and keeping them in one places. Being able to start a service report and then continue it later, zoho forms didn't allow that and it was a mess.
How fast the signature process is with customers. it is very clear to understand the agreement language and to secure business in the home.

I love that I can customize this to my every need. The ability to export this into a database and import and parse data fields is an absolute lifesaver. Best app!
The only thing I dislike is the lack of ability to work on the same form under log-ins. I must deploy two forms if I want to have two techs gather information at the same site.
We do large-scale A/V inspections. The data intake was tedious and complicated until we started using Fast Fields. Now the intake time is cut in half and the raw data is easily manipulated in any database.
Very easy to use and setup. Everything is layed out in a self explanatory manner. We save so much more time with this software and should have started using it years ago!
Sometimes the forms take some time to upload especially with more pictures. If they can make the software more flexible like allowing forms to be able to be started online and partial data to be captured and then based off partial data to be able to dispatch other forms would be great. But other than that no issues.
Fastfield gave us our time back and we can track all our steps in processing receiving and shipping goods without making mistakes in the process

It's easy to set up the forms as you need, and the support from the team has been exceptional. Always ready with an answer to my questions, and have provided enough follow up to feel supported, without being smothering.
The only thing that I find to be a downfall is having to close pages after submitting to return to the main page, but this really is a personal thing, and the rest of our technicians actually prefer this.
