The tool is easy to use and you can create a dashbord with just a few clicks. It's great for getting a quick overview of your most important KPIs on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube and Pinterest.

They should improve the design and overall usability of the tool. It hasn't changed much over the years but it's still my favourite one for tracking our own channels and those of our competitors.

For us it is important to stay on track about the performance of our own Social Media Channels and those of our most relevant competitors. With Fanpage Karma it's easy to visualize and to analyze as much channels as needed and to review them within one or more dashbords.

The performance that shows on Facebook pages is not very clear to me yet.
