What do you like best about Factoreal?

Factoreal has really helped our team consolidate our customer profiles. Before Factoreal, we had all of our customer information scattered across different platforms. Now, we're able to see a clearer view of the entire customer journey, from where they found us to what marketing materials they've viewed to what they've purchased. Factoreal's email marketing system is very easy to use, coming from someone who is not very experienced with graphic design. Factoreal's website tracking has also been a huge addition to our marketing efforts.

What do you dislike about Factoreal?

Overall, Factoreal has been very helpful. Switching our contacts over from our previous contact management platform was a bit of a process, but the Factoreal team was very hands-on in helping us clean our data & uploading all of the necessary information.

What problems is Factoreal solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're now able to see a more complete customer journey, which is something we haven't been able to do in the past. Now we can see where customers are finding us (i.e. social media, our website, etc.), and what marketing materials they are interacting with. It's really helped us hone in on what's working, and what marketing assets we should focus on.

What do you like best about Factoreal?

The learning curve for picking up Factoreal and making it operational for the team is really quick. Within about 30min you can have an automation built-out and your company's profile totally configured to your liking.

What do you dislike about Factoreal?

Nothing to complain about at this point, their team is quick to reply to any questions we have and have been very engaged if we ever need them.

What problems is Factoreal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our biggest problem is that our team would otherwise need to send about 80-100 extra marketing/sales/success emails or messages a day if we weren't using Factoreal, so times that by $30/hr at 10 emails an hour and we're already saving $300/day by using Factoreal.

Total no-brainer at this point.
