Factmata provides sense in a sea of mentions. Without the Narrative clustering technology, I'd have no chance at understanding online opinion in the time frame needed to carry out decisions.

Some of the default dashboards and data views aren't as visual as charts and graphs which you CAN find but are a little hidden. Date range is hard to manipulate.
