"Works for our large campus"
What do you like best about FMX?

It doesn't take a long time to load, it is easier to use than our previous management software. I can even access from my phone if I am unable to get to a computer.

What do you dislike about FMX?

I haven't found anything that I don't like so far.

What problems is FMX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nothing is overbooked and I can see the complete schedule of events easily when I first log in.

"So Customizable"
What do you like best about FMX?

FMX has integrated the school's maintenance, event scheduling, kitchen, custodial, and IT departments into one collaborative platform. FMX has provided the configuration available to fine-tune their day-to-day workflow. When events come in (or change), all the involved people gain the notification and details they need to get the job done.

What do you dislike about FMX?

It is so customizable there is a learning curve customizing the forms, you can customize the users and it's a continuous improvement. We went from paper to GoFMX and it was a big jump for our faculty and staff.

Recommendations to others considering FMX:

They offer a free trial period. This is really what sold me on the product. I knew it could do what we need it to do.

FMX has integrated the school's maintenance, event scheduling, kitchen, custodial, and IT departments into one collaborative platform. FMX has provided the configuration available to fine-tune their day-to-day workflow. When events come in (or change), all the involved people gain the notification and details they need to get the job done. FMX has also greatly increased the efficiency of working with the outsourced custodial staff. When the maintenance team notices a problem, rather than flagging down a custodian in the hallway, they can assign them to a request and the custodian receives an instant notification.

"Fast and Easy Resource Management"
What do you like best about FMX?

The software itself is great, but by far the best part was working with our implementation specialist. She was fast, reliable, and responsive, and I'd have to say that she is probably the best vendor I've worked with.

What do you dislike about FMX?

Setting up some of the user permissions and notifications can be a bit cumbersome.

Recommendations to others considering FMX:

Go for it! Their implementation team is top notch!

What problems is FMX solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use FMX to schedule shared resources and manage technology requests. We replaced existing, in-house, legacy systems with great success.

We have only just started using FMX but …
We have only just started using FMX but our experience so far has been first rate. We had a bad experience with a different vendor... we would ask if we could do something and they would say no. So far with FMX when asked they always respond "absolutely".
The FMX staff has been especially helpful in making the transition. The program is very easy to use the the customer support is phenomenal.
